Primitive antique foot stool wooden bench 2 layers of vintage textile cover
Cutest little footstool! All wood with chippy paint and a cloth-covered top with two layers of textiles that appear to be original. The seat pad is detached. See the pictures for the best description of the fabric- its a dusty rose color with a woven floral pattern, feels like a cotton texture and there are no rips but it shows its age. There is another layer of fabric underneath this covering but I did not remove the top cover to investigate. Both textiles are held in place with small tacks and are intact enough to clean up or add your own layer of history- perhaps a needlepoint. No weird/bad smell. Dimensions are 14" long by 10" wide by 7" tall at the frame plus about 3/4" for the pad. The joints and nails are in good condition but I would not plan to use this as a step stool(unless by a child) I did not find any splits ... moreor cracks in the wood frame and all of the nail heads look alike(a little rusty) so no signs of modern repairs. Just an adorable little ole thing! Very charming and functional; picture this holding your stack of books next to a favorite reading chair. Great primitive decorator piece! Up for auction is this simply lovely solid wood and needlepoint style woven fabric foot stool from an estate sale. Stool measures 17" long and 13 1/2" wide. Stands 10" high. Lovely curve to the legs and beautiful wood grain. I do not know different types of wood so I am not sure what type it is. This piece is in absolutely excellent vintage condition and doesn't look like it was used much at all. There is only one tiny nick on one side the size of a flea. Antique Camel Saddle Foot Stool Ottoman with Camel Head
Camel Saddle Stool. Ottoman or Chair. Antique/ Vintage Piece of Furniture. I am not sure how old. Mid- Century? This is a nice piece with the camel head carved with painted to look like a harness and has a leather tassel around the neck some of the tassels are gone. The cushion has been used but for its age looks well but has a solid condition or could be recovered, or leave for the vintage look. The flat board and leather keeping it together is in good condition please look at the photos. Measurements Approximate: 24" from camel head to end of tail and 12" wide by 21 tall at the tallest point. The leather circles are in tact where saddle sits. the stool will be shipped assembled because it is nailed and roped together. Please email if any further questions.

Antique Foot Stool Step Up Original Finish
This auction is for a very nice old foot stool or something used to step up onto a high bed. The piece looks old. And the cushion is held by slotted screws. There appears to be no damage. We feel the wood stool has its original un-restored finish. It measures 16 5/8 inches long, 9 ½ inches wide and 7 inches to the top of the cushion, 9 inches tall total. The red velvety cushion cover is faded and may have been replaced at some point. A nice addition to any like furniture collection. I picked this beautiful old Barley Twist chair up at the estate sale of an old lady who happened to also be a longtime piano and organ teacher. It's a splendid little piece with claw foot ball feet that we originally bought for our children but cannot keep. I'm honestly not sure on much else though as it has no visible markings(maybe I'm looking in wrong places) and my research hasn't yielded much-which has been quite vigorous! All I know is pretty much what I've described above and that it is solid wood. Stands at about 15" tall and is 9" wide in diameter(non-adjustable seat is 2" thick) making it much smaller than all other piano and organ stools leading me to also believe that it was originally made for little children-and that's what the estate sale professional said which also goes hand in hand ... morewith the ladies occupation.but who knows? I do weigh about 190 lbs however and can sit on it with no problem whatsoever, so this thing is definitely strong and sturdy! Anyhow.
