I think it's a bit more recent than the retro period based on the tag on the underside of the stool which I've pictured. It's in good used condition with a good bit of patina which I think adds to it's character. The seat is made of a thin hardboard and is stained. There is staining and light rust particularly to the bottom feet. The feet are slightly bent. The stool has a bit of a wobble. They could likely be straightened although I have not attempted this.
