A Victorian-Primitive. That's what we'll call it. The stool appears to be made from a plank with 4 boards nailed to it to add thickness. It's about 1 3/8" thick and has little or no padding under the fabric. Measures 9.75" X 14" and 8.5" tall. Iron legs have no breaks or damage. Fabric is dusty and could use cleaning. Brushed& oiled& waxed, the beautiful old wood oiled& polished, deepening& preserving its aged patina. Beautiful antique bench measuring approx. 4 feet wide(48" x 13" on the widest portion of the seat cushion x 17" high. This bench weighs 29.2 pounds as you see it here so it is very sturdy. The base/leg& support part of the bench is iron. Painted with the original old gold coloring. The seat is shaped like a bean shape curving slightly to give this a quality look. The fabric is clean and attractive it could be original I am not sure. The seat is a solid piece of wood underneath the covering. This is a very nice cast iron bench with lady face medallions on all four sides of the ends and dolphin head feet. It measures aprox. 21" wide x 21" high. 16" to the seat and is 10" deep. It has a muslin seat cover which would be easy enough to cover with a fabric of your choice. It is in good condition with no breaks or damage. For shipping purposes and to better protect the bench in transit we will be shipping it flat, it is easy enough to re-assemble. Shipping to the lower 48 states would be 16.80 including insurance. The screws underneath that hold the seat cushion in place are new. We will gladly combine lots whenever possible to save on shipping costs. Please e-mail with any questions.

Antique Victorian Caramel Velvet Upholstered White Cast Iron Vanity Bench
This is an antique cast iron bench with velvet upholstery. It has been reupholstered at some point and the fabric is in good condition. Looks clean, does not have any tears or holes, but it does seem as if it has been glued on. The seat is heavy solid wood that seems sturdy. The cast iron legs are firmly attached with screws, and they are in very good condition with some minor scuffing and wear. Nothing is broken or missing. It measures 25" L x 12" W x 20" H. It will be disassembled if possible. Wrapped well, and insured during shipping.
