It really needs a restoration because the cushion is decaying so someone has taped papers on the bottom to keep it from making a mess. I will ship it just the way it is so it will be a little messing when it is received. The wood part is still pretty sturdy and has arched legs on the ends. Vintage upholstered Deacon's Bench There are no labels or manufacturer markings on this deacon's bench but it appears to be very old and still in really good condition. The frame is very solid. The light green upholstery feels like velvet or velour with a matching trim. It may well be the original and it shown some wear. The underside of the seat is covered with a thin mesh. The frame is all wood and the rollers on the bottom of the legs are wood also. There is some scuffing on the front wooden panel. Antique Victorian Caramel Velvet Upholstered White Cast Iron Vanity Bench
This is an antique cast iron bench with velvet upholstery. It has been reupholstered at some point and the fabric is in good condition. Looks clean, does not have any tears or holes, but it does seem as if it has been glued on. The seat is heavy solid wood that seems sturdy. The cast iron legs are firmly attached with screws, and they are in very good condition with some minor scuffing and wear. Nothing is broken or missing. It measures 25" L x 12" W x 20" H.
