A pair of antique Victorian era opaque milk glass salt and pepper shakers. The shakers are in very good condition with no chips or cracks- both have minor roughness and flaking to the threaded rims- this is common on Victorian glass shakers and completely concealed by lids. One shaker has a lid. The other is without. The metal lid shows wear commensurate with age including negligible pits and wear to the silver plating. Please review the images. Milk Glass EASTER EGG SHAKERS, Rabbits, Hen
Antique salt and pepper shakers in milk glass. Shakers have tin tops. Pepper has painted hen on one side and running bunny on the other side. Salt has two standing bunnies on one side and sitting bunny on the other side. Eggs measure approximately 3 1/2" high. Lids have some minor rust. Pepper has one shallow dent. As seen in photo. Some paint is missing, as seen in photo. Salt has strawmark on bottom, does not go through and is typical of early glass. Otherwise both salt and pepper are in excellent condition. Shipping is free. They are from the early 1900's. They are in very good condition accept there is a small chip on one of the ribs on the pepper shaker. And there are some little flea bites or factory flaws on both. All of the flaws including the chip are rather insignificant as the shakers are in very nice condition considering the style and age, also because they are not all that noticeable. Lg Antique S&P Set Milk Glass White Circa 1900's Salt & Pepper Serving Set
This listing is for a large set of heavy. Antique salt and pepper sets in milk glass or white glass. They are from the early 1900's. They stand about 5 and 1/4 inches tall. The glass is in excellent used condition but the lids have a lot of pitting and ozidizing on them. I do not think they are silver. I do not know the maker's name but they remind of the very old glass patterns like were produced by"Dithridge" at the turn of the century.

Great 1800's Victorian Blue Custard Milk Glass Salt Shaker. This wonderful shaker measures 3 1/4" in height and 2 1/2" at its widest point at the base. I was told it was Northwood but not sure. It has a dainty flower with scroll work pattern and tiny little beading throughout the piece. Not sure if the top is original but it is what was on it when purchased. It is in wonderful condition for its age with only one tiny little flee bite to the base which I could not photograph well. There is some nicks to the glass cap as can be seen in the photo but the blue glass is nice! A must have for any collection! Thanks for looking and happy bidding!

Antique THRUSH Bird Shaker White Opaque Milk Glass ca. 1890
I am pleased to offer a lovely salt or pepper shaker made by the Dalzell. Gilmore and Leighton Company, ca. 1890. The pattern is known as THRUSH and depicts a bird on a leafy branch. The pattern is only on the front.the back of the ovoid shaker is smooth. I do not have the lid. The shaker stands about 2.5" high. You can see the very crude chipped rim indicative of so many antique shakers that were never ground down or polished. The shaker can be seen on page 58 in"The World of Salt Shakers" 2nd ed. by Mildred and Ralph Lechner where it is listed as"very rare" It can also be seen on page 152 of"The Artistic Glassware of Dalzell. Antique milk opaque glass salt & pepper shakers hand painted original lids
I have for auction this beautiful pair of antique glass salt& pepper shakers. They remain in lovely condition with the original lids; the lids are slightly dented& tarnished but overall condition is great. The glass is opaque but has a slight opalescence when light shines through. Delicate hand painted floral motif on each piece. The lid of the pepper unscrews properly. But the lid on the salt is stuck. I could find no maker's mark on either piece. The salt measures 4 1/8" high, the pepper is 2 5/8" high. Exquisite, highly collectible set. They have thin gold bands accents. Tops are metal and screw on and off easily. Condition is good, some light wear on top gold band, transfer ware and a very tiny nick on one handle. Antique Blue Milk Glass, Oak Leaf Wrapped, Mold Blown Shaker
This is a sky-blue milk glass shaker with an oak-leaf pattern that wraps around. The oak leaves have beautifully detailed venation. From what research I've done via internet. This piece was most likely produced between 1890-1910. Shakers like this were blown into a mold and broken off the pipe at the top lip which was left rough on these antique shakers. The lid covers the roughness. Lid is the original and seems to be either pewter or silver due to it's relative heaviness; it has normal discoloration with no cracks or excessive wear. There are 4 mold lines and it measures 2.75" tall and 2" at widest point. No manufacturing markings. There is one small chip at the base of the shaker(see pictures) No cracks or repairs. It is in very good condition and not excellent due to the minor chip at the base. It’s a unique and beautiful ... morepiece for the addition to a collection or as decoration. In good condition. One has a chip at the base and they both have chips where the lids screw on. The painted flowers are still bright, only minor fading. Measure 3.75" tall. I try to find any defects but I can't guarentee I'll see them all. No returns unless item is not as described. This is an older piece and therefor is no longer perfect as the day it was made. He is a pair of Antique/ Vintage Hand painted Flowers Salt and Pepper Shakers White Milk Glass. I found these at an estate sale. I do not know the maker of these nor the age. But I do know that they are old. The flowers on these appear to be hand painted. They also have gold paint which a lot of it is worn off. These have the lids but one is dented and the other is broke and the silver has lost it's coloring. Please see pictures. These measure 3-5/8" tall. There does not appear to be any chips or cracks in the body of these but the tips on the top of the shakers appear worn not sure if they are chips. These are great collectibles.
