These Fostoria Winburn salt and pepper ... moreshakers aren't available anywhere that I could find. It's amazing that the screw tops on these milk glass shakers are GLASS. Too. Perhaps that's why they are hard to find. These screw tops are in great condition with no nicks or cracks that I can see even under a magnifying glass. One of the photos shows a lid held up to a light to show the fire in the milk glass. These are heavy and thick glass shakers. There is a very small line in the top of one of the shakers. Please see the last photo. Not sure what or how. The top ridge is smooth except in this one spot and there is an eighth of an inch line straight done from that. On the bottom of one of the shakers is a Fostoria label. These Winburn pattern Fostoria shakers do not look like they have ever been used. The Winburn pattern has a very deep cut design which makes the glass quite thick. They measure right at 3 inches in height and 1.75 inches in diameter on the bottom. They are beautiful and fit in the hand really well. And. They are rare, I think. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR PURCHASE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW. EAPG ANTIQUE VICTORIAN 1800 BLUE MILK CUSTARD GLASS SALT SHAKER DAISY NORTHWOOD
Great 1800's Victorian Blue Custard Milk Glass Salt Shaker. This wonderful shaker measures 3 1/4" in height and 2 1/2" at its widest point at the base. I was told it was Northwood but not sure. It has a dainty flower with scroll work pattern and tiny little beading throughout the piece. Not sure if the top is original but it is what was on it when purchased. It is in wonderful condition for its age with only one tiny little flee bite to the base which I could not photograph well. There is some nicks to the glass cap as can be seen in the photo but the blue glass is nice! A must have for any collection! Thanks for looking and happy bidding!

Antique THRUSH Bird Shaker White Opaque Milk Glass ca. 1890
I am pleased to offer a lovely salt or pepper shaker made by the Dalzell. Gilmore and Leighton Company, ca. 1890. The pattern is known as THRUSH and depicts a bird on a leafy branch. The pattern is only on the front.the back of the ovoid shaker is smooth. I do not have the lid. The shaker stands about 2.5" high. You can see the very crude chipped rim indicative of so many antique shakers that were never ground down or polished. The shaker can be seen on page 58 in"The World of Salt Shakers" 2nd ed. by Mildred and Ralph Lechner where it is listed as"very rare" It can also be seen on page 152 of"The Artistic Glassware of Dalzell. Gilmore and Leighton" by Jo& Bob Sanford and Barbara& Jim Payne. Antique glassware may exhibit some of the following: straw(sheer) marks. The hand painted floral design is worn is areas but is still in good condition as shown in the photos. The metal top(it may be pewter finished? shows some corrosion and has not been cleaned. Antique Blue Milk Glass, Oak Leaf Wrapped, Mold Blown Shaker
This is a sky-blue milk glass shaker with an oak-leaf pattern that wraps around. The oak leaves have beautifully detailed venation. From what research I've done via internet. This piece was most likely produced between 1890-1910. Shakers like this were blown into a mold and broken off the pipe at the top lip which was left rough on these antique shakers. The lid covers the roughness. Lid is the original and seems to be either pewter or silver due to it's relative heaviness; it has normal discoloration with no cracks or excessive wear. There are 4 mold lines and it measures 2.75" tall and 2" at widest point. No manufacturing markings. There is one small chip at the base of the shaker(see pictures) No cracks or repairs. It is in very good condition and not excellent due to the minor chip at the base. It’s a unique and beautiful ... morepiece for the addition to a collection or as decoration. One side of the shaker has a hen with three chicks around her and the other side has a running rabbit on it. Both images are raised on the glass. The bottom of the piece says"PATS APLD FOR" with the letter"B" in the middle. This piece was made by the Eagle Glass Manufacturing Company in the early 1900's. There are a few flea bites you can feel inside the shaker when the top is off and you run your finger around it. This is a nice early piece. A Victorian salt or pepper shaker. It is thick white milk glass that has been hand painted. It also has a raised beaded and scroll pattern. I don't know the maker or the exact age but probably from early 1900's. It is 4 1/4" tall x 2 1/8" at its widest point. It has a raised scroll pattern and a raised beaded design. It is also hand painted with flowers. There are 3 of the same flowers going around the shaker and 3 sets of the beaded and scroll pattern in between each flower. The top screws on and is metal; I'm not sure what kind but it appears to be aluminum. It is in wonderful condition for its age. With no missing paint. There are no cracks. The top opening of the shaker has no chips and is in great condition. There are no dents and no broken holes on the lid and it is still strong. I have 3 other Victorian shakers ... morelisted in different colors and patterns and will combine shipping.

Victorian Milk Glass Egg Salt Shaker. Just in time for Easter. There are 3 Rabbits on this shaker with an Egg-like Original tin lid. Probably produced by Eagle Glass. Circa Ht. 2 5/8” I believe at some point in the past years. This shaker had some goofus paint on it, because there are a few spots with some red paint on the Rabbits. Excellent Condition.
