The green is ... moreSooooo much better in person that it's not showing in my photos! I was told that it is an apothecary jar- but it does not have a lid. I'm not so sure that it ever did. Because the mouth flairs out, more like an open jar, and there's no lip etc. to indicate it may have had one. I thought it would make a fabulous vase for you, or a perfect open jar to put your balls, shells.you name it, this jar will make them shine! It's an antique blown glass piece, and the color is a lovely bright light green. It's also large, measuring 11 5/8" tall, 7" diameter at the mouth and 6" diameter at the base. It's heavy, weighing in at a solid 3 lbs. The glass is thick, and it's filled with anomolies original to the making- I'm trying to show in in my close ups, even holding it up to the sky doesn't show you very well, though. There's lots of lines(the glass is very wavy inside) bubbles and burps, even on the base. That being said, there is absolutely NO damage at all to this piece- it's in amazing condition, and just drop dead gorgeous! Please ask if you have any questions. Victorian shaker green pattern glass salt or pepper shaker
A Victorian salt or pepper shaker. It is thick light green pattern glass. I don't know the maker or the exact age. It is 3 1/4" tall x 2" at its widest point. The pattern has 2 raised lattice sections in between solid areas. The top and bottom have a leaf and floral design. The top screws on and is metal; I'm not sure what kind but it is not sterling silver. It is in clean wonderful condition for its age. There are no cracks. The top opening of the shaker is rough around the whole area.no major chips but just rough large flea bites. The lid has a fractional 1/16" narrow crack that you can hardly see but I want to mention. It also has some tiny dents that are barely noticeable. It has no broken holes. The metal is slightly discolored and it may come off with a cleaning. But it has the right patina now. Dana R. Alden Antique Pair Of Green and Cobalt Glass Shakers * 1877
These very old shakers were made by Dana R. Alden Boston and there is a date of 1877 on them. The cobalt one has some corrosion and damage to the lid. But the lighter one.the greenish one, is in nicer condition. They each have the inside stirring mechanism and the glass on each is in nice shape except for some roughness on the rim when you unscrew them. They measure about 2.25" high. A bright Emerald Green"Cut-to-Clear" glass SUGAR SHAKER or Muffineer with a pretty graduated"petal" pattern cut around the bottom and a cut starburst base- finished with a fancy pierced. Gold washed, silverplate, pressure fit top. Measures: 6" tall to the tip of the finial. 1.75" wide base, 2.5" wide overall Maker. Age, and country of origin unknown- possibly English Condition: EXCELLENT- previously owned/Very Gently USED- a few tiny no harm nicks at the cut edges- NO chips. Cracks or repairs- SPARKLES!

This is a green and tin salt and pepper set. I believe it is drepression or vasiline glass. I don't know how old these are but they are my grandmothers collection. These are 3" tall. Good used condition. On the tips of the shakers there are small dents on each one. It doesn't impair the working of either. No visible chips or repairs. This is part of my collection that I am downsizing. This item is from a smoke free home. I am selling my collections-my change is your gain!

Antique vaseline glass? Green Salt and pepper shakers with holder. I don't know if these are true vaseline glass because i do not know how to test them but they look like it. Etched with grape clusters and vine all the way around each shaker. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Aluminum tops. Approximately 4.5 inches long including holder. Very pretty light green opaque glass Victorian shaker. This shaker is a three part mold which has a raised palm leaf alternating with a vertical line design. It measures 2.75" tall including the lid. This shaker is in wonderful condition with no chips. Cracks, or repairs. Mold is crisp and deep. A great addition to your collection. Vintage pair of salt and pepper shakers Are made from Green Vaseline Uranium Glass Which Glow Under a Black Light. They Measure 4 inches Tall with a Base of 1 5/8 inches Diameter. The Glass Shakers are in Very Nice Condition- No chips or cracks. The insides of the shakers are clean free of residue. The glass on both shakers are clear with no cloudiness.
