EAPG ANTIQUE VICTORIAN 1800 BLUE MILK CUSTARD GLASS SALT SHAKER DAISY NORTHWOOD
Great 1800's Victorian Blue Custard Milk Glass Salt Shaker. This wonderful shaker measures 3 1/4" in height and 2 1/2" at its widest point at the base. I was told it was Northwood but not sure. It has a dainty flower with scroll work pattern and tiny little beading throughout the piece. Not sure if the top is original but it is what was on it when purchased. It is in wonderful condition for its age with only one tiny little flee bite to the base which I could not photograph well. There is some nicks to the glass cap as can be seen in the photo but the blue glass is nice! A must have for any collection! Thanks for looking and happy bidding!

EAPG Victorian Salt Shaker Aqua Blue Glass Rosebuds In Relief. Measures approx. 3” tall. Unknown maker. But obviously very old with rough ground lip opening. It has one small chip on the seam on one of the points at the bottom. And another small similar rough spot. The lid seems newer but fits perfectly and has wear as shown. The beautiful amethyst or purple color of this glass is a result of the presence of manganese in the glass. Which was a decolorizer to turn the glass clear. Glass that contains manganese, when exposed to ultraviolet rays of the sun or other sources of UV rays, causes the glass to turn amethyst. The form and outstanding color blending from fuchsia to honey amber places this ribbed salt shaker within Mt. Washington’s Rose Amber line of production. It stands 3 7/8th inches tall and the ribs twist slightly to the right. There is base wear. A small impact on a rib and take note of the ring of wear around the shoulder from years of being paired with its mate. Antique EAPG Milk Glass Square Salt Shaker Barberry Pattern
Lovely white milk glass square salt shaker in barberry pattern. The cap is gold in color. I do not think it is brass as it appears to be a softer metal. It has a dome shape that rises to a conical spire. The shaker's shoulders flair to a 2 1/2" square shape that taper to the 1 1/4" base. The shoulders at the top of the shaker have an arched area with a raised barberry sprig. The lower panels have a U shaped paneling with the raised barberry spring. The shaker measures 3 5/8" to the tip of the finial. If you collect EAPG. This is a beautiful example of the glorious patterns that were so important to the industry.
