This lovely old salt& pepper shaker set measure approximately 4 1/4 inches tall. I believe they are hand cut crystal. Screw on tops are also made of glass. Nice snug fit. I washed them out with mild soap but some of the pepper residue remains. Perhaps you'll have better luck. Very nice vintage condition. Too! I have looked carefully& can see a few(maybe 3? tiny dings. The tallest set still has the labels showing they are Bohemian glass. Made in Czechoslavakia. The others are unmarked. One of the Bohemian shakers is missing the little clear plastic lid. 6" Vintage Cut Glass Crystal Sugar Shaker with Sterling Silver Cap and Base
I do not know how old this shaker is. I think it is probably 1920's or 30's. It is cut glass crystal sugar swith sterling silver top and sterling silver, reinforced with cement(weighted) base. It is 6" high. There are no chips, no cracks in the glass. Silver top could use a good polishing. I put sugar into it to see how well it sprinkled and it works well.

Crystal Sterling Salt Pepper Shakers Antique Simons Bros Cut Glass Ball Design
Cut crystal ball shaped salt and pepper shakers with silver lids made circa 1900. They stand 2 1/2" high and 2" across. Cut design. Miter cuts down the body all round with notched edges. Cut star on the bottom. Sterling silver caps that pop on. Don't screw. Marked on the lid rims: STERLING with an S in a shield. The mark used by the Simons Bros, Philadelphia between 1840s and Present. A dent in the lid of one. See pics. A few spots of tarnish that needs cleaning. Some pepper residue in one. Needs a second cleaning.

This is a late Victorian 4 pc cruet cut glass set with silver plate carrier in very nice condition. All 4 cruet pcs are crack and chip free. Which includes the glass cruet tops. The pepper top has a little difficulty screwing on to its container but does fasten securely. The carrier is also in very nice condition. The cut glass containers stand approx. 3" tall. Nice set of older cut clear glass or lead crystal salt shakers with metal lids. Made in Japan. I wish I knew whether these are glass or crystal, but I do know they are cut and not pressed glass. They are in wonderful condition and I don't believe they've ever been used. The lids are metal, a non-magnetic allow, so they won't rust. They measure 3 1/2" tall and have a 1 1/4" base which telescopes up to a 7/8" square top, before transitioning for a round screw on metal lid.

Other than that it has been in my family for a very long time. My best guess would be 1930s or before. It has some issues: It rocks a little. But is not unstable. The vertical ribs running up the sides have some roughness. There is a chip on one of the diamond cut shapes and a chip in the top rim which is covered up by the shaker top. Beautiful cut crystal menorah.This one is unusual.Not like all the other menorahs.Very nice silver candle-wax holders.Im not sure what these are made of,they look silver but they are not marked.The cut crystal has many sides and refracts the light nicely.I think the base is black glass,this adds some style.Its 9 7/8 long and 2 3/4 high.There is one small chip on the bottom.Cant really see it unless you turn it upside down.Otherwise no flaws.
