This is an antique late 1800's to early 1900's perfume/cologne/tonic/barber bottle with a metal dabber top. The glass is a beautiful textured and decorated artful piece. It measures 4-1/2" high by 1-1/2" X 2" wide and deep. It has a rose type embossed emblem on the bottom but doesn't have any names or numbers on it. Antique Perfume Bottle with large glass stopper, 8-1/4 inches tall
Thank you for viewing my auctions. Offered to you is a Antique perfume bottle with round shaped shopper. The Stopper is 3-1/4 inches round with glass plug that is an additional 1/2 inch. The round portion is ornate with a pressed glass design that has bubbles inside of it. It is of about 1/4 inch thickness of glass that was created by taking a plain piece and fusing it to an ornate piece with the design when created. This creates a seam around the center of the outside of the glass but the design is seen through the it. One side smooth and the other the actual art work. The area that slides into the bottle( I call the plug) is solid glass and the very top of this piece as well as the bottom have spider bite type chipping that could be sanded by a professional. These are not deep gouges but exist around it. The Bottle portion is a thick heavy ... moreglass that is seamed on the side and fused together in its creation. It has lovely design with scalloped foot. There are no chips on this piece but if you stick your finger down the bottle you will feel the spider bites at the lower area of where the plug rests.This could be in the making of it or created through aging. It is not noticeable to the outside. The stopper and the bottles fit very well together and it is not top heavy, they are an excellent marriage. Thank you once again for choosing my auction. Vintage Matched Crystal Glass DeVilbiss Perfume Bottle Set-1 Atomizer 1 Dauber
Offered is a matched pair of perfume holders from the 1960/70's time period by DeVilbiss. They have the look of very nice cut glass. But I am assuming are pressed. The curved, book-end shapes create a beautiful, geometric half-circle when the flat sides are placed together. One of the bottles is an atomizer although it does not have the puffer ball and one was a dabber although the interior dabber stem has broken off. Additionally, there are a couple of very tiny flakes on one corner of the dauber lid(last two pictures above) that can be felt more than seen. They still make a beautiful display pair. Each is about 3 1/8 inches tall, 2 1/2 inches across and 1 1/4 inches wide. The dauber has a DeVilbiss sticker on the bottom while the spritzer has one on the flat side. Except for the frosted bottle that has some rubs in the gold floral accents(due to age and use) there is no damage to any of the pieces. The square bottle with the lovely handpainted flowers is marked as an Irice piece. The other two are unmarked. The smallest bottle has an etched floral design and a faceted stopper. Unusual Large art glass perfume bottle Blue / Aqua Swirls 6 1/2 inches tall
Unusual Large and Heavy Art Glass perfume bottle. Swirled with shades of blue and aqua in crystal clear class; although unmarked it brings to mind Glass Eye Studio or Murano work I've seen in the past. Roughly 6 and a half inches high and 3 1/2 inches across.The glass stopper is made in the shape of a disk with rods of colored glass arranged in a double ring when viewed straight on. The neck of the bottle is fitted with a rubber seal which holds the stopper securely in place. The piece does have some tiny bubbles in the glass. And upon careful search, the only damage I find is a small nick at the edge of the stopper( see last photo) I does not detract from the beauty of the piece.you have to be searching for"issues" to find it. IRICE & 1 AUSTRIAN VINTAGE PERFUME BOTTLE LOT AS IS FOR PARTS OR RESTORATION
This is a great little group of six(6) vintage Irice perfume bottles. The bottles are all in very good condition. Without having see these individually when they were totally in tact. I do not know what they w look like. This is Czechoslovakian glass which is a nice quality. Multi colors. They are all close in size averaging 3-3-1/2 inches high. The one blue bottle has the jeweled top. They all have their brass tops. What is needed are atomizers on two of them and the small plastic insert with the spring on a couple as they were all removed because of age. They just crumbled. Four of them are the spray type. I just noticed the bottom of one has'made in Austria' so I do not believe that one is an Irice. It is the blue one with the design on the front. If anyone out there restores perfume bottles or is just up for the challenge of finding ... moreatomizers to match to each one, it would be definitely worth their time. Very pretty group.
