I believe this to be Czech Bohemian Art Glass. Etched& Painted Art Deco Era. Red& Black Linear Decoration. It measures approx 9 inches in height including the stopper. There are two or so of the tiniest chip marks on the rim of the bottom of the stopper and there are two tiny ones on the rim of the bottle. Both are shown in photo.
