You are looking at a version of the Jeanne Lanvin Arpege black glass display bottle. It is a large bottle-between 6-1/2 and 7 inches(17-18 cm) tall and with a circumference of 17 inches(43.5 cm) The top. Or stopper, is permanently attached. On the bottom of the bottle is a small paper label that reads"Fractice, which translates to"dummy" in English, a reference to its purpose as a display/advertisement bottle. There are three small lines in 2 places where the bowl meets the lip-I don't know if these marks are original to the piece or flaws. They look original to me because of their uniformity. But I am no expert. Please examine the photos carefully. The only other age- or use-related flaw is some wear to the gold, most noticeably in the mother figure's skirt and around the child's head. Otherwise, this unusual and ... morebeautiful perfume bottle is in very, very good condition. A little history: The mother and child figures on this bottle were designed to honor the French fashion designer Jeanne Lanvin(1867-1946) and her daughter. Marguerite"Marie Blanche. Lanvin founded a fashion house and perfume company, which employed designers and perfumers. The perfume Arpege was introduced around 1927. The round la Boule perfume bottle was designed by Arman-Albert Rateau. Paul Iribe designed the famous gold image of Madame Lanvin and her daughter that appears on the Arpege perfume bottles as well as other Lanvin products to this day. This is a newer Irice bottle and it does have the Irice stamp on the bottom. Both the atomizer and bottle are in excellent condition and all intact. The glass bottle has no chips. Cracks or repairs. It is also very clean inside and out. The plastic syphon tube is intact and the black bulb is new. When the bulb is squeezed I do feel strong puffs of air come out so it appears to be in working condition but I have not tested it with liquid. With the atomizer in place, it is about 4 3/4 inches tall to the top of the atomizer. It is approx 3 inches across at the widest part which is up near the top. The blue is so dark. It has to be under bright lights to tell there's a blue tint; in aout of direct light, this great perfume appears black. The golden colored top is embossed with floral trim, and very elegant. It is 6 1/2" tall, with glass extending up 4 5/8" to lovely top. It is not cleaned, but has no chips, cracks, or repairs. See condition of braided hose; puffy ball squeezes and air comes out as planned; the cord is simply pulled out of brass fitting, and hose is still attached. Truly fine looking piece of glass and metal. With no makers name I don't know much about it, but I figure it's in that 1900-1940 age bracket.

A gorgeous perfume bottle in perfect condition! The body is blown glass. The connector is molded and attached metal, the very top of the gold part is plastic, and the black part is a cloth-covered plastic. I can't figure out how to open this. It measures 4.75" tall and 3" diameter. The photos don't do justice to the beauty of the glass. The black swirls are irridescant and the green parts are translucent. Up for bid is this gorgeous glass perfume bottle and pin dish. There are no chips. No cracks on the perfume bottle. The stopper has one tiny chip on one side of the point on the upper portion. The stopper has a few tiny chips on the underside. I think this is from the manufacturing process. The pin dish has a small chip on the inside rim. The perfume bottle measures 6" in height and 3 5/8" in length across the base. The pin dish measures 1 1/4" in height and 3 1/4" across the base in length. 1920's?DEVILBISS ART DECO GLASS ATOMIZER PERFUME BOTTLE BLACK DOTS 4 5/8"
This perfume bottle measures about 4 5/8" tall. The base is frosted glass with black lines and dots and a black line going all the way around the base at the bottom. The gold part has DEVILBISS on it and the top unscrews. I think this is Art Deco style from the 1920's but check your sources. No cracks or damage that I can see. Free shipping if within the US. Check out my! Czech black glass perfume bottle is a spray bottle. The bottom of the bottle is marked"Made In France" and has a foil Irice label. The corners are edged in gold. The top of the bottle is gold in color. Representing a vase with a bouquet of jeweled flowers of black and gold. There is a brass label on the back of the jewels that reads"Made In West Germany" This appears to be quite an international perfume bottle. There are no chips or cracks to the bottle. Some of the gold edging at the top of the bottle has been rubbed off with use. Otherwise, this perfume bottle is in very good condition. It measures 7in. tall x 3in. x 2 1/4in. at the base.
