The glass on the bottle is ribbed and it has an all glass stopper. The stopper is a amber color and has molded flowers(dasies or forget me nots) on the top. The thick-walled glass bottle has a globular body and the mouth of the bottle is flared. It has a clear stopper. The colors are amber and amethyst on the body, and it has a clear spiral accent which wraps around the body of the bottle. There is no damage to it, just the rub marks from the stopper being taken off and put on.

In overall good condition for its age, shows general wear and a few small chips around the bottle opening and one small chip in the base, but there are no chips or cracks to the glass body or stopper. Vintage. Amber Glass, Bulb-less Atomizer, Perfume Bottle Made in West Germany and Imported by Irving W. Rice Company(Irice) This is a very light weight amber glass perfume bottle/bulb-less atomizer. It has a lovely amber color stone at the top which may be glass but I am not 100% positive of its material composition. It does look very pretty with the amber glass bottle. This stone is surrounded by non-glass beads(some type of plastic? The top screws onto the bottle easily and securely. The stone and beads combine into a beautiful flower top with delicate metal holding the top amber color stone in place. Measures approximately 4 inches in height(with top on) and just about 2-1/2 inches in width(at center point) Atomizer pumps air easily but I have never put perfume in it. The overall condition of this vintage perfume bottle is very good. It ... moreonly has a little dust deep in the beaded top because I dust my vanity items very lightly due to their delicate nature. Original blue foil/paper label is attached on the bottom. It indicates that it was imported by the Irving W. Rice Company(New York) and that it was Made in West Germany. My research found that Irice bottles made in West Germany. With plastic daubers, were made around the 50's. I have loved it for its beauty and simplicity and just learned more about Irice recently. I envision this little bottle being given as a gift or perhaps they saved their hard earned money just to buy this one special bottle- what joy they must have felt. It is very pretty and can now be a part of your vintage perfume bottle collection and maybe find a home on your vanity tray. These bottles are becoming difficult to find at reasonable prices- I was fortunate enough to purchase some and have enjoyed displaying them.
