Circa 1880 In wonderful condition. Not hallmarked as was so typical with these Antique Victorian scent bottles. The beautiful flat tubular glass is in lovely condition. The blue bottle is the most wonderful colour being the deepest of the cobalt shades with a hint of purple. With no chips or nibbles. The solid silver screw on lid has heavy repousse silver work of flowers& leaves. Absolutely stunning. I can feel a slight indentation to the lid where the tip of my finger rests when unscrewing the lid. This is very hard to see due to the ornate decoration to the lid. I mention for total accuracy. The scent bottle Measures approx- 6.8cms or 2.6 inches ... morein height. Weighs- 23.4 grams. A beautiful miniature scent bottle which has clearly been treasured& looked after as its wonderful condition shows. The bottle is made of clear glass that has been wrapped in gold toned filigree. Yellow toned stones are set into the front& back. Also along the neck of the bottle and on the lid. Today I am offering this exquisite little French perfume bottle. This precious piece is made from black amethyst glass(purple color can be seen in the light) and covered with a Sterling Silver overlay. The top is adorned with a turquoise stone(not sure if it is genuine or not) The bottom of the bottle is stamped"Made in France" and the funnel is also stamped"Made in France" What's great about this piece is that it comes with its original box and funnel. The bottle measures 1 1/4" tall and 7/8" across. The perfume bottle and funnel are in mint condition. The dauber. As you can see in the photo, is in perfect shape. Here is a cute estate sale find. It is an antique miniature perfume bottle with a sterling silver top. It measures 2 inches tall and 1 inch across bottom. It is marked with a Hallmark and the word Sterling and The numbers S2276 on the bottom of the lid. As you can see in the pictures the top is loose and needs to be re-glued. It is in good condition except for some very minor flakes on bottom edge. It is in as is found condition. It needs cleaning and polishing. I will leave that up to you. This is a darling little miniature perfume bottle that is green glass. There are not any markings. But it appears to be Czech glass that has a quilted, marbelized look. It has a basket of flowers that are old brass or bronze with rhinestones set in it. It does have the glass dauber. The brass lid has a hammered Rose with a rhinestone in the top and little Roses all around it. This is in excellent condition- no loose dauber, no chips or cracks. The is definitely early 1900's.
