Vintage Ormolu Brass/Gold Plate Vanity Decanter with Etched Glass Stopper
This is an Ormolu brass/gold plated and cut glass decanter bottle. It is 7" tall. The bottle has a sanded stopper. The bottle has a chip out of the corner. See photo. The brass/gold plated holder is in excellent condition. It is very ornate with cornucopias of grape vines and other designs. The four feet are smoothed and turned under. This will be shipped with tape over the corner of the break in the glass. The brass holder is 2.5" square. After some searching. A replacement bottle should be out there in cyber land. The piece has been priced accordingly. The brass gold plate has not been cleaned or polished. I leave that to the next owner. This beautifully etched perfume bottle cover actually comes off the bottle. But fits it like a glove. Measures approx. 2" tall by 1.5" wide x.25" The blue enamel is etched with and delicate limb with a gorgeous gold and red bird with flowers at either end. It is trimmed in gold which could be 14 or 22K, there are no markings at all. The enamel is showing signs of age on the back side, but no breaks or missing enamel. Very Large Czech Bohemian Etched Vintage Glass Art Deco Perfume Cologne Bottle
I believe this to be Czech Bohemian Art Glass. Etched& Painted Art Deco Era. Red& Black Linear Decoration. It measures approx 9 inches in height including the stopper. There are two or so of the tiniest chip marks on the rim of the bottom of the stopper and there are two tiny ones on the rim of the bottle. Both are shown in photo. The inside of the bottle is a little milky. It needs CLR or other cleaner.but can be cleaned with the proper method. All the painting on the bottle back and front is in perfect condition. THANKS! Item Description While starting bids may vary I ALWAYS POST WITH NO RESERVE! Up for auction is an etched glass perfume bottle with silver tone lid. It is etched on each of the 4 sides but hard to see in the photos. The silver top has an intricate flower design. I do not find any breaks to the silver lid design. I didn't notice it before but as I was listing it I noticed there is a teeny. Tiny jewel on the top of the lid. It looks like black or very dark blue ~ hard to see at all& no wonder I missed it before. The bottle is empty and very clean inside and out. The internal glass dauber is intact. No chips, cracks or repairs noted. The metal lid has been bent ever so slightly on one side. You may not even notice but I wanted to be sure to mention it. Vintage 4” Crystal Etched Perfume Bottle Japanese Pagoda late 50s early 60s
Listed today is a late 1950s or early 1960s prism cut crystal etched perfume bottle with original dauber(stopper) The perfume bottle stands 4" tall and is in vintage condition. The dauber has a beveled cut edge and is triangular in shape. Showing through the prism is a Japanese pagoda which is a tiered tower with multiple eaves. Initially. These structures symbolized sacred mountains, and they were used to house relics or remains of saints and kings. The dauber is just shy of 3" and has a very tiny chip on the tip of the stopper. The base is a 1 3/4" square and stands 2" tall. Both pieces are in good condition with normal vintage wear– see photos. There are no markings. This belonged to my mother. We lived in Japan from 1958-1962. SMOKE-FREE home. All items are sold as is. I describe items as best I can. Please see photos ... morefor further description. A cut and etched crystal perfume dresser bottle. It has as thistle and flower design etched on the side. This piece is 6 1/4" tall. The bottom is 2 1/4" across, and the top is 1 1/2" wide, outside edge to outside edge. There is 1/16" chip and scratches on the bottom. See photos. There are no other chips or cracks.
