However, it was acquired from an estate cleanout dealer here in New Jersey. It is old and looks to me like an Art Nouveau décor. No chips or cracks. There is a dimple(not sure what else call it) in the glass from when it was made. I took a close up photo so you can see what I mean. Also. I did my best to polish the silver overlay but I was not able to get all to shine up. There is still tarnish or some sort of dark discoloration over the silver overlay. I'm not sure if stronger polish will get it to come clean or not. Blue glass has some scratches and marks here and there. It is being sold"as is" as was found so please be sure you are ok with all before buying. I took photos from all sides so you can see exactly what you would receive as the winning bidder. It is one of three great little antique glass treasures listed. It has original stopper, which is also in fine condition. Total height is about 4" tall. BEAUTIFUL GORHAM FINE SILVER OVERLAY ON EMERALD GREEN GLASS BOTTLE
This gorgeous Gorham emerald green bottle is overlaid with fine silver(999/1000) It stands 4-5/8 inches high and is 3-3/4 inches wide at it's widest. There are several nicks in the rim from the stopper not being centered when it was pushed into the bottle. They do NOT detract from the appearance of the bottle. There are 3 initials on the neck of the bottle below the rim. They are highly stylized but the lines are very thin so the letters are not too apparent. I can make out the first two as"KH" but the last letter could be anything. I have included a closeup photo of the Gorham silver hallmark so you can be certain this is a Gorham bottle. Up for auction is an antique green glass perfume bottle with sterling silver overlay designs. There is no monogram. The stopper is approx. 1.5 inches long. The bottle stands approx. 2.5 inches without the stopper and 3.5 inches with it. On the back of the neck below the rim it is stamped Sterling. I can not find any other marks. There is one very tiny either flaw or chip on the bottom, I really can't tell if it is a flaw in the glass or tiny chip as it is very hard to notice. It is about the size of tiny grain of pepper. It likely dates to the early 20th century and possibly earlier. Dimensions for the piece: 4.5 inches in height. 8 inches in height, and 3.5 inches at mid-width, and 2.25 inches across the base. This precious piece is made from black amethyst glass(purple color can be seen in the light) and covered with a Sterling Silver overlay. The top is adorned with a turquoise stone(not sure if it is genuine or not) The bottom of the bottle is stamped"Made in France" and the funnel is also stamped"Made in France" What's great about this piece is that it comes with its original box and funnel. The bottle measures 1 1/4" tall and 7/8" across. The perfume bottle and funnel are in mint condition. The dauber. As you can see in the photo, is in perfect shape. The glass is etched"59" on the base and the silver is marked"G 8460 Patented 999/1000 Fine" and it has the Alvin hallmark. The piece is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks in the glass. No loss of overlay and no deep scratches or breaks in the overlay. Antique 3.5" Clear Glass Perfume Bottle with Sterling Silver Overlay
This listing is for an antique sterling silver overlay perfume bottle. It measures just a little over 3.5" tall and 2.5" at the widest point. The stopper also has the overlay. Part of the marking is worn off. But it looks like it says: Fine Silver 999 1000. Two of the nines and the F are worn off. The bottom of the bottle is etched with the number 167. The silver has light scratches, and the stopper has a few very tiny chips. Overall, nice condition.

The bottle which is made of clear glass. Has around squat shape and the stopper has a brass top in the shape of a bursting flower. The bottle has a nice brass overlay with a solid round base and four feet on which the bottle rest. The brass overlay is shaped in a beautiful floral and foliate design with the flowers being on the bottom and the foliate being on the sides and top of the bottle. The bottle has a round recessed base with the round brass ring holding the feet sitting right on its edge. The bottle has rounded sides which flares outwardly then back ... moreinwardly and tapers at a round neck where the stopper would fit. The whole piece has beautiful decorative appearance and is very much Victorian in design. NICE Older Art Glass Tiffany (?) Loetz (?) Perfume Bottle Vase w/silver overlay
Up for bid is a very pretty little art glass perfume bottle or petite vase. I'm unclear on which it may be in that if it is a perfume. It is without a stopper and, I would expect to see some inside wear where the stopper would've fit inside and I don't see that wear. I am guaranteeing this as art glass but I cannot and am not, guaranteeing its manufacturer. It certainly looks to be typical work of either Tiffany or Loetz but it is NOT signed or numbered. There is no clue on the piece that identifies its origin. The age is also indeterminate though there is some minor bottom base wear that suggests it is not a new piece. PLEASE… look at all photos and bid based on the knowledge you may have. Whatever it may. It's a striking little piece in its deep, rich iridescence- deep, vibrant green with hues of purplish burgundy and hints ... moreof deep blue depending on how the light hits it. It stands just under 4" tall, has a top opening diameter of 1.25" and a bottom base diameter of 1" The piece is adorned with silver overlay around the top rim and again applied florals and vines that run on the bulbous part of the piece. The glass is in great condition overall. For accuracy I mention a minute flake that sits right next to the end of the silver-plate application; in fact, I didn't see it when I bought it and only discovered it under magnification when I got it home. The other conditions to note is that there is missing overlay. I discovered that too, on getting it home- the piece was so dirty and required careful cleaning and I saw it after cleaning. You can actually see the outline of where the overlay had been(and could be done again) in the photos. As far as noticing it as it sits, you won't, but on close inspection, you'll see it. In other words if it sits on a shelf or in a curio, it isn't noticeable. And it can be turned around and it is unseen if you like. Cute pair of antique amber color glass perfume bottles with silver overlay designs. The perfume bottles are identical in size and shape but the silver overlay designs are slightly different. Also we noticed that the opening of one of the bottles is slightly larger than the other. Each bottle has its original matching with the bottle glass stopper and each one fits well into the bottle. Condition on both bottles is very good. Only on one of the two. There is some silver loss around the top part of the bottle shown in one of the pictures. Everything else is in great condition. Antique Steuben Cranberry Glass Perfume Bottle W/ Sterling Floral Overlay
Description At auction is a cranberry glass perfume bottle which stands 5 3/4" tall. 4" in diameter at its widest point. It was probably made by Steuben and is covered with art nouveau style sterling overlay, possibly made by Alvin. The overlay features scrolling leaves between four large flowers and the stopper has a large bud. The piece is marked very lightly"Sterling" but I could not find the Alvin hallmark. Here for auction is a beautiful blue silver-overlay Murano glass perfume bottle. It is 5 1/2" high. 3 1/2" wide and 2 1/2" deep. A label is affixed to the bottle reading: argento 925 G.O.N. which means silver 925 and? The flowery decorations typicall of the Art Nouveau movement that happened 1900-1940 and well executed by italian artisans. This piece has minor wear to the silver galvanized overlay with some minor glass abrasions. Atomizer top is missing. This is a beautiful artistically rendored piece that would fit in any collection of fine glass.

And is done very much in that style. The bottle is covered entirely with a thick layer of silver, with none of the interior glass visible from the outside, unlike most silver overlay bottles. The silver is fantastically engraved with iris flower designs, done in a flowing, sinuous style. This iris motif is continued on the silver of the stopper as well. The leaves and stems of the irises form an oval cartouche on the side of the bottle, which has never been monogrammed. I am uncertain as to the maker but I do see"Sterling" stamped on the lid and inside the lid there is the symbol of a Vase or Urn with the capitol letter"D" inside. It looks like there might also be a number under this symbol but I can't make it out. The lid does have a few dents as you will see in the photos. The sterling overlay is of medium thickness and there are a couple"globs" of extra silver noted. There is no major damage to the sterling overlay only a few pin prick sized holes which might be bubble pops( and I have shown you one of those in the photos.
