Antique 1800's pair Forget-me-not porcelain perfume scent vanity dresser bottles
This auction is for a absolutely sweet pair of antique dresser perfume scent bottles. Although unsigned; these were probably made in Paris. France in the 1800's. They measure 2 1/2" tall including the stopper x 2" x 2" Without the stopper. They measure 1 7/8" tall. Basically a square cushion shape. They are decorated with tiny blue Forget-Me-Nots with sprays of delicate leaves in gold leaf; the edges are also accented in gold leaf. These pieces are not cracked and have not been re-glued. Issues: Overall in very pleasing condition; there is some wear on the gold leaf. In addition; the porcelain is discolored due to wear on the un-glazed areas(bottom. Inside neck and stopper base) There is one tiny flake on the upper lip(in the gold leaf) of one of the bases; and a small flake off the bottom of one stopper. The most ... morenotable damage is that both stoppers each have a notable chip in one corner(see last photo) These are very pleasing pieces and unusual to find a pair. Beautiful little Porcelain Bird/Pelican? Perfume Bottle. Floral Top is metal& cork is fragile. The top is not tight fitting most likely because of wear to the cork. Bottom is marked Germany. I can not find Any cracks or chips! And while I was looking this over carefully for flaws. I noticed on one side, on the lower wing area, the numbers 7081! This is etched right into the porcelain so its hard to read! There is discoloration but not sure if it was made as such or from age. I honestly do not want to attempt cleaning this beyond the simple washing I gave it because it is porcelain/fragile. Zsolnay(1828-1900) took over the family business in 1865. It was taken in another direction. Vilmos produced high-end tea services and vases instead. Early tea services depicting scenes from the Brothers Grimm tales date back to this era. Brothers Grimm wrote fairytales such as Cinderella. Snow White and many others. Antique Porcelain Scent Perfume Bottle C1900 Josephine Portrait
For sale is an antique porcelain scent perfume bottle circa 1900 with a beautiful Josephine portrait as shown in the photos. Does not include the stopper. Size is 2-1/4" wide x 1-3/4" tall x 3/4" thick at its thickest point. I believe this is called a transfer painting. It has hand painted gold gilt stenciling all around. The condition of the artwork as well as the gold gilt and porcelain is very good. Antique French porcelain perfume bottle with liquid and solid perfume
This cute perfume was found in the south of France. It has a top section for liquid perfume and a bottom section for solid perfume. The top is empty. But some of the solid remains. It smells still very nice. The bottom half is decorated with Egyptian style bathing beauties with harps etc. I believe this dates to the first half of the 20th century. The bottle is in good condition with as flaw that there are two chips to the gold band as shown. There is no maker an this piece. It is very unusual and a great addition to a perfume bottle collection. Measurements are: height is 3 1/2" Largest diameter is 2"

Antique Old Paris Porcelain Scent Bottle, Flowers and Gilding, c. 1860
For your consideration. A very old ladies perfume bottle, made in Paris in the mid 19th c, we think around 1860 or so. Of square form with clipped corners it is beautifully painted with rose bouquets on purest white French porcelain. And enhanced with a pastel green shoulder, and lavish gilding. Even the top of the stopper features a pretty bouquet. Measures 3.25" square and stands 6" tall. There is some gilding loss. And an old, tight hairline in the glaze on one side, but not very significant. Otherwise it is in fine condition. A wonderful survivor of the height of the Victorian Age. Thanks for looking. Antique German or Bavarian Porcelain Perfume Scent Snuff Bottle with Ring Attachment. It has a hand painted tavern scene on it with the beer steins and elk antlers in background. The lid and ring are probably brass. The bottle itself is 2 1/4" tall. With the chain it is 4 1/4" long. The bottle is 1 3/8" wide and about 1/2" deep. The lid is 15mm across and works very well. The painting is in great condition with no scratches or wear. The lid has wear and darkening from age and use.

O XFORD J EWEL Up For Bid | Antique French Enamel Porcelain Perfume Bottle_ Length 7" Width 3 1/4" at its widest point Mark No mark Cap Works securely and looks original to the piece Weight 1 lb 2.9 oz Material Porcelain_ This piece is unique for its full size. Colorful design and charming detail. The bottle has an octagonal shape with vivid pink and green striping with gold detail. The green striped sections have portraits of either a bird or a butterfly on them. The cap is an orange color and there does appear to be a glued repair to the base of the cap at the top of the stopper but the repair appears to be secure and is noticeable only upon close inspection of the cap. There are no other chips to the porcelain at all. There is quite a bit of wear to the gold painted details along the edges of the octagonal shape(not on the panels ... moreat all) and I think that originally there would not have been any of the white showing. The portraits of the birds and the butterflies are completely intact and very detailed and vivid with each design being just slightly different. The cap of the bottle looks like it had striping going up from the bottom of the cap to the top but this is almost all worn away. Overall this is a finely designed and well made, porcelain and enamel perfume bottle, that was made in France during the early 1900's and is in very good condition. Hello and welcome to my auctions. Up for auction is a sweet old perfume bottle. It has t ransfer designs of a variety of flowers& green leaves& stems on its 5 panels. The sides are a pretty pastel pink color~undoubtedly hand painted. There i s hand painted gilt around the top opening as well as on each panel. The blown glass stopper is from Murano. Italy~one I bought a few years back on a journey to Venice& Murano, Italy. It is a new one(not old like the bottle) fits the top perfectly. Stamped on the very bottom porcelain is" Bavaria" Last photo. This sweet bottle has no chips. Flakes, cracks or damage anywhere. There is a little paint wear mainly on the gilt commensurate with its age. Without the blown glass stopper. It measures approximately 3 3/8 inches high. Photo 4. Antique BLUE & GOLD FLORAL Porcelain Glass Perfume Bottle GOLD CROWN STOPPER
Item Description While starting bids may vary I ALWAYS POST WITH NO RESERVE! Up for auction is a pretty Blue& Gold porcelain perfume or snuff bottle with gold crown cork stopper. Most bottles I have seen like this have either been German or Austrian made. This one is not marked but it does appear to have a number stamped in under the gold on the bottom. It's hard to make out. 5112" This would be circa late 1800's- early 1900's for age and, with that said, the cork crown stopper is in excellent condition. This is a well kept little bottle. The blue and gold floral design is very much intact. The only thing to mention is a few tiny areas where the gold has worn away on the sides and up at the opening. The little gold crown still screws up and down as it should so that the perfume or powder could be sprinkled out without ... moreremoving the lid completely. I see these now and then on eBay but most don't have the original crown stopper so this a great find! No chips, cracks or repairs noted. It is very clean inside and out. The bottle is 2 3/8 inches tall and 2 1/4 inches across at it's widest part. If you collect the smaller perfume bottles this is a real gem and a great find- all intact! Amazing! Pair Antique Large Hand Painted Porcelain Perfume Bottle Old Paris 19th
This listing is for a beautiful pair of antique hand painted porcelain old France perfume bottles. They are standing 6 1/2" tall with the stoppers and measures on the bottom at approx; around 3" x 3" It is in excellent condition. But one stopper have a small chip on the end, one bottle previously used,I still smell old perfume sense. The bottom is mark"P" possible Jean Pettit) and you could see some wear to the gold part.
