This Perfume Bottle is the forth one I have for sale from my personal collection. You will not find a better example of an ancient Chinese Perfume Bottle anywhere! I estimate that this lovely. Translucent Perfume bottle is over 1,750 years old and dates to the Wei Dynasty(220-265 AD) or perhaps the later Jin Dynasty(265-420 AD) in ancient China. Similar perfume bottle made of glass were made during both periods, so it is difficult to put an exact date on this item. It appears to have been excavated sometime after 1972, ... morewhen the famous site 15 km northeast of Jiayuguan, China, was first discovered. The bottle is in very good. Antique Richard Hudnut Co. Perfume Bottle This antique perfume bottle dates back to around 1900. Violet Sec was one of the first perfumes manufactured by the Richard Hudnut Co. The bottle is in excellent condition. It has frosted and clear glass. The stopper is beautifully etched with flowers. This is an 8 oz. bottle and it still has the original labels on the front and back. This bottle comes from my family’s estate and has been stored indoors in a smoke free home since its purchase in the early 20th century.
