Vintage 1929 Art Deco Perfume Bottle, Czechoslovakia
Vintage late 1920's Art Deco perfume bottle. Made in Czechoslovakia. This bottle was a wedding present given to my mother, who was married in 1929. It is engraved"Made in Czechoslovakia" on the bottom of the bottle. This is a beautiful bottle with condition issues. It would be a lovely addition to a collection. As the damages do not mar its beauty. The stopper is in excellent condition. If the chip on the rim is placed at the back of the bottle, it is not noticeable when the bottle is displayed. The bottle is chipped on the four bottom corners. Three corners each have a tiny chip. And the fourth has a larger chip. The top rim of the bottle has a large chip. There is a piece of the glass rim, about one half the size of the chip, that could be glued to the rim to make a partial repair to the rim.

The bottle is made of clear glass that has been wrapped in gold toned filigree. Yellow toned stones are set into the front& back. Also along the neck of the bottle and on the lid. Up for auction is this lovely art deco vintage czechoslovakia czech glass frosted glass perfume bottle. This bottle is etched at the bottom made in czechoslovakia. It has frosted and clear glass. There is a lovely floral design at each side of the stopper and bottom. There are 2 very tiny fleabites at each top edge of the stopper which is not noticable and in my opinion doesnt take away from the piece. It measures approx 5" h x 3" w at the widest part at the bottom of the bottle. Don't pass this up this would make a great addition to any perfume bottle collection. The piece was made in Czechoslovakia for the New York based Paris Decorators stores in the early 20th century. The perfume bottle has a low. Squat base with an ornate stopper that depicts a courting man and woman. There is a small chip on the tip of the stopper. The center has diamond cut out shapes, and there are two green jewels on the sides. There is also a large green one in the center, and the top has a faceted green stone. The top is marked CZECHOSLOVAKIA. The original glass dauber is still attached to the top. It measures 2 1/4" tall and 2" wide. I see one tiny flea bite on the back, not noticeable. Heavily Enameled Vintage Czechoslovakia Hand Decorated Large Perfume Atomizer!
This auction is for a fabulous vintage amber art glass perfume atomizer with outstanding multi-colored enamel decoration all the way around the bottle with gilt circles at the base(on the top of the base as well as the bottom of the pedestal) with a white ring of heavily applied enamel outlining each circle of gilt. Please be sure to enlarge the photos as it is truly impossible to adequately describe how magnificent this atomizer really is. The bulb is missing from the atomizer. As is common with these old perfume atomizers, but there are no chips, cracks or repairs that we can see anywhere. The perfume is about 8" in height and about 2 3/4" in diameter at the base. form looking at other listings i believe this is czechoslovakia as i saw this same stopper on a bottle listed as such on ebay. stopper is 3 3/4 inch and the part that goes inside the bottle is 5 lines on a ruler wide. stoppers are very hard to find by themselves. this is for the pair. you get both. i see no damages. all items are sold as is as found since i do not accept returns. my daughter fell of a 75 foot cliff in money rocks park friday so i need to raise funds. please check my other listings. she is a single mom of 5 with no insurance. she will need months of rehab and mulitiple operations.

Stopper is designed of four flowers, two of them are brushed, frosted Crystal and two are clear Crystal. Both sides have Crystal carving- cut with two shiny and two mat crystal flowers. Topper is very attractive, in excellent condition, no damage, except long dauber that is gone, see pictures, but does not disturb outside beauty.Actually stopper is much nicer than it appears on the pictures. Inside neck of the bottle, when you touch, you could feel little rough surface of the wear and use. Base of the bottle is connected to some wider part then the bottle.
