ANTIQUE TRAVEL SET 3 ENAMEL CRYSTAL PERFUME/COLOGNE BOTTLES LEATHER FITTED CASE
Offered for auction today is this quality antique crystal bottle and enamel traveling perfume/cologned set in a fitted leather case. Each of the bottles has a screw on brass top and enamel top. There is a stopper in each of the bottles that are all removable and in good condition with the exception of two tiny flake chips on the bottom of two. The enamel is in very good condition with no losses. The bottles each measure 5" tall x 2 3/4" wide and 1 1/2" deep. They are all high quality crystal bottles. In very good condition with the exception of a chip in the side of one bottle that does not go through. The leather case is high quality as well. Stained both on the exterior as well as the interior but still functions wee as a fitted case and the snap works well. Most likely French. Sold without a reserve.

This is a set of antique. 999, sterling silver overlay, art nouveau, perfume bottles. To our knowledge. They are Alvin Sterling Silver with the low numbers of 3104, fine. We're assuming they are rare. The Alvin Manufacturing Company was founded in 1886 by William H. Jamo uneau in Irvington. New Jersey. The company moved to Sag Harbor. Long Island in 1895 and later changed its name to the Alvin Silver Co. in 1919. The Alvin Silver Manufacturing Company was known for making fine sterling silver. The Gorham company of Providence. Rhode Island acquired the Alvin Company’s dies and patterns in 1928. The largest measures 4" tall and 3 1/2" in diameter with original stopper. VINTAGE 3 PIECE PERFUME BOTTLE DRESSER SET DEPRESSION ERA
This depression glass dresser set is in excellent condition. There are markings on the bottom of all three pieces which I believe to be the mark of the glass factory where they were made. It appears to be an M with an I down the middle and a circle around all. The bottom of the powder/trinket dish has some chipping; I have tried to show it in the pictures: otherwise it is in beautiful condition. One stopper is chipped at the very tip but the other one is smooth to the touch. The tops of the perfume bottles appear to be in mint condition so far as I can see. The perfume bottles measure 6 inches from the bottom to the top of the inserted stopper. The powder/trinket dish is about 3 inches high. Th e powder/trinket dish about 4 1/8 inches in diameter. There are a few bubbles in the glass itself in both the perfume bottles and the dish. The lid ... moreis in excellent condition. This is a very nice 3pc. Hand blown, hand painted Bristol glass dresser or vanity set. It has 2 perfume bottles and a powder jar. The perfume bottles stand approx. 9 inches tall to top of stopper. The powder jar stands approx. 5 1/2 inches tall. All jars a milky white with a blue and green garland motif. Bottles and stoppers are in good condition. Stoppers are original to the bottles both the bottles each have corresponding numbers to their stoppers, s 54& 55. The powder jar is in good condition, there looks to be a manufacturer defect probably done during the blowing process, there is a dark bubble with dark lines, you can feel the bubble but not the lines. These lovely pieces are fully hallmarked with the lion passant for sterling silver. The anchor for the city of Birmingham, and the letter E for 1853. It was made by the Adie Brothers Limited. The smooth bottle measures approx 7 1/4 inches high without stopper. 10 inches high with stopper, and 6 1/4 inches across. The raised design, taller bottle is 7 3/4 inches tall without the stopper, 11 inches tall with the stopper and its about 6 1/4 inches across. Lovely Vintage P.V. France Perfume Bottles- Set of 3- Small. Medium, and Large sizes. Uranium Glass- Soft yellow color with gold detailing on all sides. Two bands of gold on each bottle as well. All three bottles have their original P.V. France label on the bottom. Next is a little lamp style the metal port where the small bottles set has a spring and pulls down to get the bottle. NO BOTTLE WITH THIS ITEM. Is 6" tall and the glass shade is 3" wide. has stenciling pink flowers and a bit of gold paint on the top. It also needs cleaning. last is a small Avon cologne bottle that had Somewhere in it.
