To get real nit picky, there are tiny dings and general wear scratches as a result of use. On top of the glass stopper you can see an area where it was smoothed out, and there is a small area that might be a chip or just not high enough to be smoothed out when that happened. This is such a great piece! its absolutely adorable. The brass casing is two piece. Monogrammed and tarnished with a couple indentations. It is marked"MARY DUNHILL" on the top in very fine block lettering, and has"U.S. DES PAT 105298" on the bottom of the brass case. The undamaged bottle appears to be pressed clear glass.The stopper is unbroken and free of chips and fleabites. Fragrance is present in the bottle, but there is no liquid inside.
