Cut. Enameled Cranberry Pink Rubina Satin Glass Czech Bohemian Perfume Bottle Enameled flowers circle the top- Cranberry Czech or Bohemian art glass. Pink at the top half, fades to clear at the base, called rubina, satin or acid wash finished perfume bottle with enameled beads and floral decoration with cut angled ovals. Hand painted green detailing enhances the'grass' and upright foliage around the middle of the bottle. An ornate gilt metal(brass? pierced or filigree ball stopper. Stopper screws in and is original with open work, gilt or possibly gold plated. All original, many photos. No chips, nicks or repairs. Interior is clean with no residues or stains from contents. The yellow appears to be reflection of the yellow metal, no residue in the base of the bottle. A few really, really minor enamel losses. It is a clear faceted glass bottle with intaglio(reverse) cut stopper. The base is shaped like a 8-pointed star when viewed from the bottom. The slender neck holds a scalloped spade-shaped stopper with an ornate rose and leaf design. The stopper is in excellent condition, but the base of the bottle has chipping on 4 or 5 points of the star. You are bidding on a gorgeous 1930's Art Deco perfume scent bottle measuring 7 1/4" in height and 4" across the widest part. It is believed to be from Czechoslovakia. But I'am not totally sure of its' origin. All sides, including stopper, are cut, ground, and beveled. Description: This auction is for a lovely antique Bohemian Czechoslovakia emerald green cut glass perfume bottle with stopper. The bottle is acid etch signed on the bottom Czechoslovakia. The stopper has a lovely intaglio courting couple. they appear to be sitting in a field of grass& flowers. The perfume bottle measures approximately 7 1/2 inches tall(to the top of the stopper) 3 inches by 2 1/8 inches wide. I was unable to get the signature on the bottom to photograph. The BOTTLE is in good condition; no cracks or repairs. But I have examined via loupe& it does have a chip& fleabites. The base of the bottle has about eight fleabites, there are about five other fleabites on the body of the bottle, a small chip to the top of the bottle side, below the bottle neck. The STOPPER has chips& fleabites as well, the dauber is very ... moredamaged, is all but gone. There are three chips to the end of the stopper. There are about eight fleabites to the stopper. This is a Czech perfume bottle from the art deco era(1920s- 1930s) I believe it to be a Hoffman. It is clear. With an octagonal intaglio green depression stopper featuring a somewhat nude lady keeping a bow out of cupid's reach and the traditional Hoffman butterfly mark in. The stopper is perfect. Condition is near pristine. The stopper has a perfect ground glass fit. This base is a beautiful cut crystal. Very well made. Measurements: 5" tall by 3" wide. Has the original silver label on the bottom but I can't make out really what it says. It also has"Made in Czechoslovakia" faintly water marked in to the base of the crystal. Antique 5" Bohemian Czech Art Cameo Glass Perfume Bottle w/ Cut Glass Stopper
If you're a collector of art glass then you know you've come across something special in this Bohemian Czech perfume bottle! Bohemian art glass was made in what is now the Czech Republic and Austria in the early twentieth century. This example is cut-to-clear or cameo glass and has a white glass exterior that is cut through with eight ovals or teardrops to show the underlying cranberry-colored glass. The white glass is decorated with hand-painted blue. Red, purple, and pink flowers. The rim of the bottle is scalloped and accented in gold. The stopper is clear cut glass and has a turreted hexagonal shape with small bubbles visible in the glass. We're not sure if this is the original stopper, but this is how it came from the estate; it fits, and is the correct shape for a stopper for a Bohemian glass perfume bottle. The perfume ... morebottle measures 5.5" in height(with stopper; 3.25" in height without stopper) 3 7/8" in diameter, and with a neck that is 2 5/8" diameter. The piece is unmarked, which is typical for Bohemian glass. Up for auction I have this nice lot of mainly Czech perfume bottles. At least five of the mostly cut glass ones still have the etching on the bottom that you can vaguely see Czechoslovakia. I know condition is everything and for me these will be hard to describe. For the most part there in very good shape except for one of the violet colored bottles which has a pretty sizable chip on the neck. The small frosted blue bottle has small chip on the neck. The tall blue Czech bottle has tiny nicks on the edges. The clear cut glass Czech bottle looks to be in very good condition I don't see any nicks on that at all. I also want to point out the binocular shaped perfume bottles are House of Hampton Perfumes East Hampton Connecticut unopened with the original little lace bag. A very nice and early c. 1860's-1870's Czech/ Bohemian hand blown crystal/ cut glass perfume/ scent bottle with hand cut faceted edges to catch the light. Both the bottle as well as the matching original stopper are 8-sided. And each vertical panel is further scored into 6 horizontal segments, the middle one of which is larger than the others and painted with a simple leaf and dot design in blue enamel. The horizontal wedges are further accented with gold banding. Due to the lead oxide content, the glass is heavy for its size. The glass has been hand polished to achieve a good reflective quality and the piece shimmers and glints in the light. The bottle and stopper are original to each other. Both visually and they also both bear the identical number(10” painted on. Since each bottle is individually made and therefore there are very ... moreslight differences from piece to piece, the glass workers would ensure that every bottle was paired up with the stopper that was specifically created for it by marking both pieces so there would never be any wobbling. The bottle is 4" high with the stopper on. Individually. The bottle is 3" tall and the stopper is 1-1/2" tall. The bottle is in very fine condition for its age. There are only a few teensy. Really tiny, fleabites which you can't see at all, and you can't even feel them if you run your finger around the edges. You actually have to look for them with a loupe. The stopper has 2 very small fleabites on the dauber, and there is a flake off the underside of the dauber rim. Again. They are minor and you can't see them when the stopper is inside the bottle. The gold inside the wedge cuts is strong and intact, but the painted gold lines at the bottle neck, rim and at the top of the stopper have a very small amount of loss, if I'm being picky. The top of the stopper has a round circle design in gold and to my eye, this appears slightly off center. We should all look so good at 150+ years old! This is a sweet little thing. This is magnificent Czech/Bohemian cut to clear glass set of two perfume bottles. Powder box, stands for jewelry and rings by W. Kralik Sohn. It dates to the 1930's. Perfume bottles have a height with stopper 16.7 cm. 6.6" and 13 cm, 5.1. Diameter 7 cm. 2.8" and 5 cm, 2" P owder box has a height 10.5 cm. 4.1" Diameter 7 cm. 2.8" Stands rings has a diameter 9.5 cm. 3.7" S tands for jewelry has a measurements 4.8 x 2.3 x 1.3" The set is in perfect condition. Nice Vintage Czechoslovakian Blue Cut Glass Perfume with Clear Cut glass Stopper. The dabber on the perfume is broken but that appears to be all that is damaged on this very unusual floral cut stopper with a frosted berg edge. Unusual. There are a few small nips on the blue bottom and cannot be photographed with my camera. Nips around the stopper opening. No major and big chips. Cannot be seen with a glance. Nice polished bottom. These are extremely difficult to find. The glass is intricately cut and is in excellent condition. With no chips, nicks or dings, etc. The clock itself is not working, as dis displayed in photo#3. It is approximately 4 inches wide and 3 inches tall.
