This auction is for a finely made vintage perfume bottle made of cobalt blue glass covered with gold tone filigree and set with rhinestones. It retains its original glass dauber. The bottle is 2" tall and 2" wide and is in perfect condition. There are no chips. Cracks, repairs, stains to either the glass or metal. All of the jewels are original. The bottle is not marked but was definitely made in Czechoslavakia. It is better quality than most bottles of this type that I have seen. This is a beautiful and rare( because of the large size) vintage. Circa 1940, 16" Czech/ Bohemian handmade amber glass vase with red jewels. It has heavy gold trim at the top and bottom and is in very good condition except for some gold fading( as you would expect on a true vintage piece) and one of the small red jewels is misssing on the top row. The top opening has notched cutouts all around and it measures 4 3/4" in diameter. The bottom is heavy and smooth and also measures 4 3/4" in diameter.The middle part and the widest part of the vase is 6 1/4" in diameter. Posted with Posted with

Old and rarely-seen things are my passion, so You are bidding on or purchasing: A VINTAGE COBALT CZECH GLASS VASE GILDED WITH JEWELED ACCENTS. VERY PRETTY MID-CENTURY ITALIAN DECORATIVE GLASS. VERY PRETTY MID CENTURY CZECH GLASS VASE offered as acquired from estate household. Keep in mind that close-up pictures are actually magnified views; in most cases items will display better than shown here. Cobalt blue glass with double flared body. Decorated with real gold leafing in floral and banded patterns, applied red"jewel" accents. Stands about 6 inches tall and 4 inches diameter ... moreat widest point. There are no maker's marks or manufacturer noted, however I've seen a few matching pieces over the years and they generally had foil stamps applied indicating manufacture in Italy or Czech Republic. Fantastic colors, great collector piece with rarer form and loads of decorative appeal with applied red"jewels" that really make it pop! There are no seam lines, cracks, chips or structural damage of any kind; there is visible wear to top gold band around neck. Also one spot on side with an original"brush slip" of extra gilding(see photo) you could probably remove this if you like but I do not change original quirks or unique marks. Item Description While starting bids may vary I ALWAYS POST WITH NO RESERVE! Up for auction is a black amethyst glass perfume bottle. It is in the shape of a heart and you will need to hold it up to a strong backlight to see the deep purple glass. The bottle has a gold filigree covering. The design is the same on the front and back and both sides still have their clear jewels intact. There is also a clear jewel on the top of the lid. I only see one teeny tiny piece of gold filigree missing ~ you probably wont's even be able to find it until you can have it in your hand and inspect it very closely. The bottle dose not stand up on it's own. It is a laydown bottle, but it works perfectly in a shadow box where you can prop it up. The bottle is empty. No cracks, chips or repairs noted to the glass. Also no repairs noted to the gold filigree ... moremetal. The screw top lid removes easily. There is some wear to the gold metal. This is a gorgeous little bottle ~ just perfect for the perfume collector on your list. It is 2 1/8 inches tall and about 1 1/2 inches across at the widest part near the top.
