This is a numbers matching piece. The number 12 is etched on the stopper as well as the opening of the bottle. All original! The glass stopper. Amber colored knob with etched design. The glass is a rich amber yellow color, cut to clear with exquisite engraved intaglios featuring an extensive woodland panorama encircling the bottle with themes of the hunt. The bottle features a gorgeous and unique setting, depicting a receding tree to root foreground. Fine detail emphasize the stylized foliate of the trees, the undergrowth of the forest floor and a dog as well as a Deer. Surface is extremely reflective and quality of the glass is very clear. Really beautiful. I find no chips. No cracks, not even fleabites or flakes. It seems to be in excellent vintage condition.
