The cellars feature beautiful hand-engraving and an open-work design to display the deep blue of the cobalt liners, and stand on four claw-and-ball feet. There is a cartouche on the front of each cellar, each bearing the monogram'T.E.H. in elegant script. These beautiful Georgian silver pieces would be an asset to any collection or table. The cellars are stamped with the lion passant for sterling silver. The leopard's head crowned for London, and the date letter'f' for 1781. The maker's mark is for Robert Hennell I. The cellars are in great overall condition. The star-cut liners are original and have a few flea-bites. And the surfaces are a little abraded with age and use. The bottom to one of the cellars has been repaired in the past. Otherwise there are no problems, no splits, no breaks, and no monogram removals. This Stopper can of course be replaced. The Tapering Bottle Measures 5 ¼ inches in length and the Fine Silver Top which is shaped like a Crown with no dents. It seems there could be a very small band of Silver Missing at the bottom of the collar 0.2 of a cm. This is where the original Hall Marks would have been and would have been dated around 1895. Overall Condition is Very good with no Damage. Dents to the top and no chips to the glass. Chain& Ring From a Connecticut Estate Auction comes this Lovely Victorian CUT COBALT BLUE GLASS CHATELAINE HANGING PERFUME with Brass Stopper. Chain& Hanging Ring. Standing about 2 3/4” tall(4 3/4” including the chain and ring) This beautiful pyramid design glass is beneath the hinged cap which snaps tightly closed. Attached to the collar around the neck is a ball chain which attaches to the ring from which this is all hung on a chatelaine. This probably didn't get much use over its life as it is in extraordinary condition with only a couple of tiny defects in the glass that I see under magnification but don't feel which means they are more likely from manufacture than from use. RARE PERFUME BOTTLE LIBBEY COBALT BLUE CUT TO CLEAR ART GLASS WITH PEACOCK NR, Click to View Image Album Click to View Image Album Click to View Image Album Click to View Image Album Click to View Image Album Click to View Image Album Click to View Image Album Click to View Image Album DESCRIPTION: This listing is for a perfume bottle that was surely made by the Libbey Glass Company of Toledo. Ohio. An extremely similar one signed Libbey appears on page 137 in the rarities section of Pearson's book A Study Of American Cut Glass Collections. It is also shown on page 50 of his Volume#2 book. My piece has cobalt blue color glass cased over clear glass on the bottle and a black overlay stopper. The piece in the books is said to just have a black glass overlay. The bird that I believe is a peacock; looks to be identical and the 2 swirled balls ... morematch also. The only real difference that I see beside the color is that my stopper is longer near the top and mine does not appear to be signed. Similar cut to clear pieces appear in the Fauster's Libbey Glass book and they give me the impression that this piece was probably made in the 1920's or 1930's. It measures 8-1/2" high and the base is 2-3/8" in diameter. The weight is 8.7 ounces. The blank is blown with a polished pontil on the bottom. The unpolished or frosted peacock and plant cutting has good depth and nice detail work. The peacock is a common ingredient in many Art Nouveau style items. The overall condition is excellent. The stopper fits very well and sits at an appropriate level. The stopper and dauber look to be perfect except for a pinpoint sized nick that is probably an exposed bubble with a swirl of minute bubbles next to it where the pontil was polished on top. The bottle is in great condition and I would call it near perfect. The interior looks good, but to be picky I'll mention some scratches where the dauber has rubbed. These can only be seen if you hold it up to bright light and look closely for them. This piece could appeal

Thank you for viewing this auction for a vintage cobalt blue perfume bottle with silver ends( I would like to think it is unmarked sterling but not sure but a lot of these were unmarked) Item is 5 3/4 inches long from cap to cap. The cobalt is about 1 1/8 inches round. Used condition the flip top silver end is good but the cork that seals the perfume is on the inside in 2 pieces and I will leave it there for the buyer to remove(shown in last photo) The screw on end appears to have had the end on the bottle reset as it probably came loose and is worn(See Photo) the top for that end has the cork still inside and has a couple of slight cracks on the end closest to bottle(see upside photo) The cobalt has some nicks in the glass nothing to major. For sale is this antique cut glass perfume bottle. I am unsure of the maker. But the glass is very high quality and very smooth. There is a little bit of denting to the lid and it detaches at the hinge. There is residue on the inside of the bottle. There are several very small fleabites around the base and some scratching on the body. No major chips or cracks. This measures 3" in height. Victorian Cut Glass Double Ended Perfume Bottle in Cobalt Blue
Here is a beautiful Cut Glass. Double Ended perfume or scent bottle in Cobalt Blue. It measures 5" long and has hinged brass caps. Decagon in shape which most of the double ended bottles are Octagon(10 panels rather than eight or octagon. There is a dent in one of the end caps but both hinges work good. The bottle originally comes with glass stoppers that the caps conceal and they are missing. Also it has a small chip on one panel. Absolutely beautiful! Please see the pictures before you bid.

A gorgeous perfume atomizer by Baccarat in a stunning cut crystal pattern in cobalt blue. The atomizer is black. The lovely atomizer is 6" high and 2 1/4" in diameter.There is the Baccarat acid mark on the bottom with a stem glass. Decanter and drink glass in a circle surrounded by Baccarat France.The crystal is in wonderful condition.a few light scratches on the bottom. As an estate sale purchase, I have researched the web.Information was slim. I believe the mechanism may be brass with chrome plating. I would love to know the pattern.It is a substantial piece. I have not washed it but unscrewed the top and cannot detect any perfume.

Antique WHITE GLASS CUT BACK TO COBALT BLUE Perfume Scent Bottle HAND PAINTED
Item Description While starting bids may vary I ALWAYS POST WITH NO RESERVE! Up for auction is a unique Perfume Scent Bottle. It has cobalt blue glass on the interior with clear glass around that and then white glass on the exterior. The white glass has then been cut back to reveal the blue glass interior. Such a pretty glass effect and you can see it best from the bottom or when you hold it up to light. I have seen this done with items made in France and Czechoslovakia. This little bottle appears to be c. late 1800’s to early 1900’s. The screw on lid is silver tone metal but it is not sterling. The threading has been dented a little over the years so the lid screws on but is a loose fit. There is still a lot of the gold painted detail left but it is thinning in a few areas. I think there may have been some colored. Floral paintings on the ... morewhite glass that have worn down with age. You can just barely make out the faded outlines. No chips. Cracks or repairs but I do see a couple microscopic nibbles to the bottom edge. They are super tiny but you might be able to see them in the photos of the bottom as they are not seen when the bottle standing up for display. It looks like the letter"C" painted on the bottom but I don't know the significance of this. Maybe it's just the owners initial( The bottle with lid in place is 3 7/8 inches tall and 1 ½ inches across at the widest part which is the shoulder area just below the cap.
