Bernard Perrot Perfume Scent Snuff Bottle Pair ca. 1670-1710 Orleans France
Scent bottle pair in amber and blue glass being sold together as one lot. 2 part mould blown; flattened pear shape with small foot. Pewter screw top and pontiled base. Ornamented in relief on one side with three fleurs-de-lis surmounted by a crown and on other side with three hearts and floral design. These small pear-shaped scent bottles would have been carried in their owner's pocket and would probably have contained perfume, holy oil or possibly snuff. The symbols were probably of heraldic significance as the fleur de lys is the symbol of the Bourbons(the house of the kings of France) while flaming hearts denote the house of Orléans, referring to the town or the house of the duke of Orléans(younger brother of King Louis XIV) who owned it. The sole glassmaking business in Orléans in the final decades of the 17th century ... morebelonged to Bernard Perrot and it is probable that this scent bottle was made in his glasshouse. Originally Bernardo Perroto, as his name suggests Perrot was one of the many Italian glassmakers working in France at this time. Both bottles are in perfect undamaged unaltered condition. The pewter cap is missing on the amber bottle. Worldwide trackable Airmail from Sweden is $25 USD.

Vintage Cut Glass Scent Bottle or Perfume Bottle, Matched Pair Dresser Set
Up for your consideration is a matched pair of Antique Scent Bottles. These bottles are very large and elegant. They are Press Cut Glass. The pattern is Daisy Button. This pattern was very popular around the early 1900's. These bottles stand 5" tall with out the stopper and 6 3/4" tall with the stopper in place. Each side measures 2 1/2" across. Both bottles are in great shape. I only found a couple of flea bite nicks where the stopper goes in to one bottle on the inside rim. How ever both stoppers have small chips around the round part of the stopper where they go into the bottle. They can be seen when the stoppers are in place. It looks like they got stuck and someone tried to pry them out. They could be easily ground out. The top part of the stoppers are fine. This a nice set of sent bottles and you don't off see ... morethem for sale in sets. These would be great in any ones collection. This is a wonderful vintage pair of ornate lion milk glass cologne flasks. Produced in the early 1900's. Made from thick milk glass, and have ornate detailing done in high relief. they each have dimensional stylized lion heads with exquisite scroll detailing. they each have large removable matching stoppers which have matching heavily embossed detailing. they are in nice condition and each measures 9 1/4 inches tall by 6 inches wide. the stoppers have small chips on the part that goes inside the bottle so are hidden. refer to last photo. very nice quality bottles. The bottles are made from a beautiful iridescent Marigold colored glass that shimmers in hues of pink and amber and there's a glass dauber attached to the stopper of each bottle. The feet are amethyst glass. The bottles measure 7-1/4" tall with the tops on and the bottom base of the bottles measure 2-1/8" in diameter. Each of the ornate tops has all of the stones intact and a mark of; Made in Czechoslovakia" These bottles are in beautiful condition for their age with no chips or cracks to the glass. This would be a beautiful pair to display or give to the perfume bottle collector in your life.

This listing is for a beautiful pair of antique hand painted porcelain old France perfume bottles. They are standing 6 1/2" tall with the stoppers and measures on the bottom at approx; around 3" x 3" It is in excellent condition. But one stopper have a small chip on the end, one bottle previously used,I still smell old perfume sense. The bottom is mark"P" possible Jean Pettit) and you could see some wear to the gold part.
