Vtg VICTORIAN Bristol Art Glass Perfume Bottle Handpainted 1900's
Antique Victorian Bristol Art Glass Painted Perfume Bottle. Frosted white glass with hand painted white raised flowers. Both ground stopper and bottle are circled with small painted pink beads. Stopper is green frosted glass with crown on top of ball shape. Bottom of the bottle has pontif and along with the stopper are marked with handpainted mark. Bottle measures 5" tall and 7 1/2" complete to top of stopper. Around the top of the crown had gold gilt that has worn off in places. The lip of the bottle has dark lines and a spot that show up in the picture but are just marks and not chips or damage. There are some tiny chips around the end of the ground stopper as shown in photo. This is a very old glass bottle that has some surface dirt that I have not cleaned off and I have described all the little issues so you would be totally ... moreinformed. It has hand painted designs on both sides. The enamels are in good condition but there is some wear to the gold accent painting. The lid is silver tone and screws on& off easily. There are no chips. Cracks or repairs to the bottle. It is 2 7/8 inches long/tall and 1 5/8 inches across at the widest part in the middle. My best guess would be that it is English or possibly French and c. early 1900's. It has a white background with pink roses and green foliage. 1900's French Blue Glass Handpainted Perfume Bottle in Gilt Tripod Stand
This magnificent aqua blue. Conical(6 1/2" tall) perfume bottle appears to have been made in France during the very early 1900's. It is decorated with gilt lines around the middle, around the top rim and on the top of the stopper(very minor usage wear to the gilding) The widest part(2 3/4" is exquisitely handpainted with white& yellow flowers& green leaves. Towards the bottom of the"cone" there is more painted embellishment with a lavender colored vine around. The gilt metal tripod base stands 5" tall and appears to be three Phoenix birds with their wings spread, holding the bottle. The legs are claw& ball feet. The total height, with the bottle sitting in the stand is 9" Condition is excellent with the only flaw being 2 insignificant tiny nicks on the very bottom of the stopper. Antique Hungary ? Austria handpainted Perfume Bottle Glass Patd Jul 8 1900 Green
Antique from either Hungary or Czechoslovakia or Austria beautifully hand painted Perfume Bottle Glass Patd Jul 8 1900 Green glass with beautiful paint in colors of pink. Blues, white, and gold paint. The top screws off and the top is in the shape of a rose. It is a metal top that screws off but there is some discoloring on the top and inside the opthe stick that goes inside the perfume bottle is missing. It is a beautiful bottle that is 3 1/2" tall and 2 1/4" wide approx. Lovely green color glass that has some bubbles in the glass on the bottom and sides. The edge of the bottle has a place that could be a chip or defect in the glass. On the edge of the bottle in the brass is states Patd. July 8 and at the bottom is 1900. I am not sure if that is the year of the patent but it is engraved in the edge of the inside lid on the glass ... moreside. email any questions. I do not know much about this bottle as it was my aunts and she is no longer living. I have had it for many years sitting on my perfume bottle shelf. That is why I put different locations as I am not sure of the actual origin of the bottle. It is not signed and no markings on the bottle or the paint that I can find. It is a beautiful bottle. Antique Ottoman Bohemian Tiny Gilt & Handpainted Decanter or Perfume Bottle
This is an antique Ottoman(Victorian era) bohemian tiny decanter or perfume bottle. It's roughly 20 cm. high with stopper. It's made for the Ottoman market with a characteristic lemon colour with handpainted floral& slightly gilt pattern showing evident wearing consistent with its age& rendering more authentic charm. A crescent& star can be seen in the handpainting denoting it was made for the Ottoman Empire& is Turkish in origin. Item has no chips nor cracks nor any kind of restoration except for a TINY chip which i call a nick as can be seen in the first main picture on the RIGHT side of the outer circular rim of the mouthpiece where the stopper is inserted.
