This unusual Figural bottle was hard to photograph. It has a slight irridescent quality and will need to be cleaned as it still has traces of original product inside. There are NO chips or cracks on the bottle itself. However the plastic(possibly bakelite) cap has all but 4 of the points broken off. The bottom of the bottle has 4 lines embossed on the glass. Offered here for your bidding evaluation is this whimsical antique figural blown glass reindeer Narcisse perfume bottle! Standing 31/2" tall. The delicate glass deer has antlers, ears and a muzzle painted in gold. An embossed Narcisse paper label can be seen on the back of the creature. Traces of the perfume can be seen inside. Hard to believe that this fragile little hand blown beauty is still fully intact and without any breaks, though the tiny cork stopper has gone missing. There is an old cardboard box bottom that will be included with the scent bottle(not pictured) The box bottom is stained, bent, and has splits and tears. As to the deer, the glass is perfect but there is wear to the gold paint around the muzzle. I have seen several of these bottles holding various kinds of perfume. The bottle is clear on one side and has a nude on the other side. The top has Lily of the Valley flowers on it. The bottle measures 6" tall. The original dauber is still on the stopper. This scent bottle is in good condition. I found one nick on the edge of the bottle. There is an acid mark on the base of the bottle. Most of my items are antique and over 100 years old. She is wearing a crown of pretty pink roses on her head. She holds a matching freshly picked rose in her right hand. Soft green leaf like designs on top of her roses. Opens on her left side where her crown stopper sits. It is an original crown stopper& one that unscrews to release the scent. Item Description While starting bids may vary I ALWAYS POST WITH NO RESERVE! Up for auction is a vintage"Babs Creations" figural woman with floral bouquet. Someone told me that this was the"Gone with the Wind" bottle set but I am not as familiar with US or commercial bottles so I can't say for sure. I am also not quite certain on the age. It is in excellent condition and as far as I know it is all original with nothing missing. The floral bouquet is a peachy color with ribbon and velvet but it may have been brighter in color to start with and has faded a little with age. I am thinking the stand is brass or a similar metal and it is in excellent condition with no scratching. Dents or gold loss. The glass dome is clean& clear with no chips or cracks and very little, if any, surface scratches. The figural bottle is ... morelikewise in excellent, undamaged condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There is still a bit of perfume residue inside but overall it is very clean and I have not had to do anything with it as far as cleaning. The lid comes off easily so you can do further cleaning if you like or fill her up. Since I don't know much about this bottle I have not tried to remove it from the stand and have left it as found. With the glass dome in place it is 5 1/2 inches tall and the metal base is 3 1/4 inches wide. This is really a very pretty set and I am hoping someone out there knows exactly what or who she is and can truly appreciate her! The bottom two are powder horn figurals. I have seen both with strings to hold the horn. They date to the 1880-1910 period. The design was intended to imitate the fancy and early pressed glass designs or the similar cut glass glass designs. This week we have this absoutly gorgeous. Antique 19th century large perfume/scent bottle. Brilliant cut glass on all four sides is surrounded by intricate pierced(and solid) sterling silver overlay. This piece is hallmarked by one of London's top quality silversmiths' William Comyns. It is date marked for 1898 and fully hallmarked with the marks for sterling siver/London, the date mark of c and makers mark. The highly repousse' figural domed lid has a push button release/closure and hinged top. The piece still includes the orignal glass stopper. This is a suberb and highly sought-after piece in exceptional condition. Many of these are found with the bottom sterling portion missing all together. The piece measures 5' tall x 2" square. Wonderful matched set of antique German figural lady perfume bottles and pink"Flufette" powder puff. All in the original Christmas presentation box. The perfume bottles are approximately 3 1/4" tall, no chips or cracks, some tiny rubs on the skirts, lovely face paint. They are both marked with an incised"Germany" on the bottom back side of the skirts as well as numbers on the underside that I can't quite make out. Both appear to have had their stoppers replaced, the originals are inside the bottles, one stopper is a little loose. The powder puff is 3" square, excellent condition, still retains some of the original wrapper. Box is wrapped in Christmas paper with some soiling and shelf wear but has done a great job protecting the contents all these years.
