Lot of three. Vintage Perfume Bottles(Atomizer) All three bottles are glass and are and average of 3" tall The atomizer bulb is soft. I have not tested any of these for functionality. This is an antique Victorian Etched Sterling Silver Overlay PERFUME BOTTLE& STOPPER- a very small"decanter" style with a charming fat bottom. The overlay is lovely vines and leaves and flowers. The stopper has a ground glass base and is just as pretty as the body of the piece. Sadly this piece has damage to the glass at the base. It has several cracks relating to a single chip and although they are cracks. The base is TIGHT and secure and there is no danger of the glass"falling out. Antique Sterling Silver& Glass Perfume Bottle 1922 Click on the thumbnails to view more photos Gorgeous antique sterling silver collar and etched glass with stopper perfume bottle hallmarked Sheffield 1922. It is very similar to the perfume bottle shown in the opening credits of Downton Abbey. It measures 7.5" high to the top of the stopper and 3" across. The silver collar is 2.5" long. THe silver has beautiful details with scrolls and feathering. There is one little crimp to the top of the collar. The etched glass is gorgeous with small and large cut diamonds. The stopper is a beautiful prism. THere are no chips to the stopper. But there are some scratches. The body of the glass has a few very minor knicks around the bottom and the bottom has a star. Antique Etched "COLOGNE" Crystal Bottle & Stopper ~ Perfume
Antique Crystal Glass Bottle Etched"COLOGNE" Ground Stopper, Polished Pontil This is an antique(possibly mold blown but with no mold marks) crystal bottle with a ground glass stopper. The front of the bottle is hand etched with the word"Cologne" The bottle has a series of 12 arched fluted panels around the lower edge that measure approx. 1-3/8" high X 5/8" The stopper's top is a round crystal ball shape. The overall bottle size is about 2-3/8" diameter x 6-1/4" tall(add 1-1/8" to include the stopper) The bottom is very hard to photograph but has a large impression. That looks frosted and off center. It is in very good condition with several interior bubbles and one oval broken bubble on the outside that looks like is on the interior but is flush with the outside surface and looks like it was ... morepolished smooth. This is a numbers matching piece. The number 12 is etched on the stopper as well as the opening of the bottle. All original! The glass stopper. Amber colored knob with etched design. The glass is a rich amber yellow color, cut to clear with exquisite engraved intaglios featuring an extensive woodland panorama encircling the bottle with themes of the hunt. The bottle features a gorgeous and unique setting, depicting a receding tree to root foreground. Fine detail emphasize the stylized foliate of the trees, the undergrowth of the forest floor and a dog as well as a Deer. Such superb craftsmanship atone ... morefor the quality of the cutting and the extraordinary level of detail entailed in the intaglios, a testament to the skill of the glass cutter. The glass was likely crafted at one of the major glasshouses, attributed to Moser. In overall good condition for its age, shows general wear and a few small chips around the bottle opening and one small chip in the base, but there are no chips or cracks to the glass body or stopper. Beautiful Antique glass perfume bottle w Etched 5 petal flowers crystal stopper
This is a lovely etched perfume bottle that I found in my grandmother's attic in a trunk back in the 1990's. It has an etched floral design on two side of the bottle and the flower has 5 petals. The other two sides are the leaves for the flowers. It measures 6 3/4 inches tall including the stopper. The stopper is a wonderful round crystal piece with many facets. At the base of the stopper right before the part that fits into the bottle it has 7 panels. Right below the rim of the bottle there are also 7 panels. The stopper fits perfectly into the bottle and with the matching of the number of facets I believe they were meant to be together. The glass the bottle is made of has a wonderful feel to it as in fine glass. It has no chips or cracks and no staining.
