I would remove the putty and use a modern glue to hold the glass that has chipped. The piece has a large drop adjustment on the boss pole that has a screw ring to adjust and from the chain which splits on each Long ring and can be removed at will to shorten the length. PLEASE NOTE - i will send the piece dismantled as its a far safer pack and cheaper for international postage. As you can see in the photos the boss ring unscrews and the centre decorative pieces pull off revealing the arm circular holder - these arms are bolted on and i will remove them for post.

Antique czech perfume bottle circa 1930's It measures approx 9 5/8" tall This doll had a sticker that read irice import The bottle is in good condition. The body has a couple if areas with tiny flakes hard to notice, see photos. The dauber is missing. Photos are part of the condition. Very RARE and Extremely fine 1930's Czech Glass handled hand mirror- in luscious green with Art Deco motif. Perfection in lovely condition for it's antique age. Handle measuring 6 3/4 tall and 2" wide. OLD label says"Made in Czechoslovakia" With mirror and handle extended. Measures 10" tall. Mirror is about 4" in diameter.
