The glass bowl is one of the nicest that I have seen. It has fabulous Enamel Decorations, of leaves and floral detailing. It measures approx 12-1/2" diameter. It is in Excellent Condition- I would call it perfect albeit a most minor flat spot on the rim that appears to be a manufacturing nuance, not damage. I have looked at this with a magnifying glass and it is obvious after observing this first hand that it is not a chip but a flat spot somehow done during manufacture. Although extremely difficult to view, I have a pic of the area shown in my last pic. The frame is in Excellent Condition. Made of Quadruple Silver Plate by the Wilcox Silver-Plate Co. It stands approx 10-3/4" tall and approx 12-3/4" across. Both the decorated bowl and the Silver-Plate frame are gorgeous. The item comes direct from the collection of an area advance collector. Sold to me when settling her estate. The underside of the bowl bears a sticker that either she attached or was the sale price back in the day. The glass bowl will be packaged and shipped in a separate parcel from the silver plate frame in order to assure as best one can safe delivery. BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE FRENCH OPAQUE ART GLASS HANDPAINTED PERFUME/SCENT BOTTLES
A pair of antique French opaque gray art glass perfume/scent bottles. From the base to the top of the stopper they measure 8-7/8" tall. Enameled white dot trim on stopper as well as gold accent. Hand painted design on each bottle is absolutely beautiful. Raised enamel on the petals and leaves. Beautiful detail on the butterflies. These bottles are in good condition with no cracks in the glass. There is a very tiny chip on one of the stopper at the very top where the white accent dots are placed. Very slight wear to some of the gold trim at the edges. These imperfections do not take way from the beauty of these pieces. They are really lovely antique collectibles! No maker's mark. Vintage/Antique Perfume Bottle Art Deco Style Clear and Frosted Glass
Up for auction with no reserve is a beautiful art deco style perfume bottle. Looks to be pressed glass because there is a seam around the side. Frosted bottom. Has some defects to the glass. Most notably a chip around the neck of the base- see pics. There is also a small raised line on the surface of the glass that comes down from the neck of the base onto the side but it looks more like a defect in pressing than a crack. Some small defects in the stopper. Still a very appealing piece. Measures approximately just over 9 inches from base to top of stopper. Stopper is 2.25 inches across and 6 inches in length. Victorian Hand Painted Art Glass Cologne Perfume Dresser Bottle Ruffle Stopper
Lovely Victorian Hand Painted Art Glass Cologne Decanter/ Perfume Bottle with Matching Ruffle Rim Stopper. This is a lovely cologne/ decanter/ bottle. The glass is white milk glass which has a matt satin finish on the outside. It stands 9 3/4" tall with stopper in place and bottle is 6 1/4" tall. The stopper is really great with deep scalloped ruffle that folds up and down. There is the tiniest nick on one rim edge of stopper which is shown in photo#5. More felt than seen unless looking with magnifier and a few rough spots on the bottom end. No nicks or chips to the bottle, normal imperfections found with old hand blown glass. Photos show all detail well. The bottle is decorated with lovely floral of warm earthy colors with gold gilt accent. The bottom has blue enameling that shades from light to dark. It has accent beading around ... morethe stopper top and bottle neck is decorated as well. The back is not decorated. Each piece has the same enameled number which was common for early Victorian glass to keep matching fitted parts in order. Very nice condition for a bottle more than 100 years old, c.1870-1890.
