This Stopper can of course be replaced. The Tapering Bottle Measures 5 ¼ inches in length and the Fine Silver Top which is shaped like a Crown with no dents. It seems there could be a very small band of Silver Missing at the bottom of the collar 0.2 of a cm. This is where the original Hall Marks would have been and would have been dated around 1895. Overall Condition is Very good with no Damage. Dents to the top and no chips to the glass. Maker is the very respected William Hutton& Sons. Measures 10cm tall. It needs some work as the hinge pin has broken internally- the hinge itself is not damaged so it just needs the pin removing and replacing. Beautiful 40 piece lot of old pressed and cut glass decanter/perfume/cruet stoppers. There is a nice large variety here. This was a great estate find! There are all kinds of shapes. Sizes, and colors. Great for any collectors. Some have some rough edges to the stopper end that does not show when you have it in the bottle. I'm pretty sure that the ground glass stopper is the original one and it is in excellent condition and fits beautifully. The hinged top and collar have no dents. Cracks or repairs and the hinge works perfectly. It clicks when you close it. This lovely bottle measures approximately 4 1/2" tall and 11" in circumference. When held to the light, I noticed a couple of small spots on the bottom and one on a clear panel but think that they are manufacturer flaws.they do not have a rough feel at all but I did want to mention it. 8 photos posted. Pretty antique lay down(or stand up) perfume bottle. The glass vial is cut in a rib pattern bordered by a cross hatch design at the bottom and the top. The glass is in excellent antique condition showing only a faint trace of fogging and a tiny nibble on one of the ribs. On a scale of 0 to 10 I'd give it a 9.5 The flip top is marked sterling under the hinge which is in perfect shape. The cap snaps on tightly. It has an octogon shape and a red pointy stone in the center. I assume it is glass. The point is still intact. No chip there. But the inside stopper is lost. The sterling is quite heavy, so there are no dents. It is monogrammed with the initials dM.L. Dimensions: 3 3/8" long and almost 3/4" across. The item comes from a smoke-free home but I have a cat. I have had this for over 30 years and I was told it was an antique when I purchased it. But that's really all I know about it. Not sure if it is cut glass or crystal or what the fragrance was. I am also listing several other items today. A wonderfully tactile large perfume flask. The type that would have been used for an Eau de Toilette or Eau de Cologne, rather than the more concentrated perfume. The large flask is a joy to hold with its crisp hand cut surface with smooth lozenge in the centre of the front. Quite frankly I don't know if these are perfume vials or parts for something in the Pairpoint line of glass production. They have openings on one end and the other looks like it is awaiting a fitting or base. The two that are the same are about 3.5 inches long while the other two are 4 inches long. Antique Victorian Cornucopia Perfume Bottle - Cut Glass Sterling
This little perfume bottle has a small loop under the hinge which means that it once dangled from a chatelaine. Now one can string it on a chain or silk chord and wear it as a pendant. The glass part is cut in a pattern of alternating zippers and ribs and apart from a couple of tiny"nibbles" it is free of chips. Cracks or hairlines. The inside stopper is still there and- miracle of miracles- it is not chipped. There is one very small shallow dent in the top of the flip-cap. The hinge is original. The collar at the top is marked sterling. All in all the perfume bottle is in great antique condition. Dimensions: 3 inches long- 5/8" acroos at the widest part The item comes from a smoke-free home but I have a cat. I recycle clean shipping material.

Antique Hinged Perfume Bottle, Sterling Silver and Cut Glass; by Mappin & Webb
This gorgeous Victorian perfume bottle was made by the London silversmiths Mappin and Webb. Most likely in the late 1800's. The top is.925 sterling silver, and the bottle is cut class. It is in very good condition, with just a small amount of wear on the bottom of the glass and some chips on one side of the stopper grip. The metal and hinge are excellent. 3-1/4" tall x 2" diameter I tried to magnify the hallmarks inside the lid and on the outside of the cover. One shows what appears to be the sillouette of the Queen. Really beautiful signed“Made in Czechoslovakia” perfume of fine cut glass. Overall looks great. There is 1 flake on top of rim(on left in one of the photos) But it is hard to see. If you have it on display. Will probably not be noticeable. Front. Back, sides, all look good on the cut glass portions. Signature on base is etched in but can’t quite capture it in the photo? The glass is in great condition with a very vibrant green color. Nice patina on the metal. This is possibly the only one left on earth! A real little treasure. Measures just 1 1/4 inches by 3/4 inches and just over 1/4 inch at thickest part.
