This is a very interesting Antique photo frame with English sterling silver front design on a dark blue velvet backing. This piece is hallmarked with the passant lion for 925/1000 sterling silver. The anchor mark for Birmingham England, and the date letter mark of a lower case( i) for the year 1908. The condition is as follows. The silver has some dings and dents especially around the central ring, the top cartouch is pushed in, the velvet on the front has some white polish dust. This piece would have originally had a filler backing to strengthen the sterling and this is a bit broke up now inside.Measures about 6 x 5 3/4 inches, the circular is 3 inches in diameter and there is no glass. It operates good as new. The delicate chain has a neck loop and is marked"STERLING" on the fastener. The pence nez is in very good condition for the age. Nothing has been cleaned. I think the pence nez is sized for a woman, way too small for my manly beezer. The optics are probably useful for somebodies vision. Or they can be replaced. I wish I could weigh the 10K gold by itself. The total item weight is 23.1 grams. I estimate about 6 grams of 10K gold.

Weight is approximately 1.2 ounces or 35 grams for both pieces. There are no monograms. The comb frame is clearly Webster Company and is marked as such with a CW and an arrow run through. This mark was used by Webster Company of North Attleboro. Massachusetts. The company was founded in 1869 by George K. Webster and his partners. It was originally called G.K. Webster and Company. Offered here is a beautiful. Sterling antique purse frame from the Art Nouveau era. The sterling frame has a gorgeous design with gorgeous nouveau swirls. The design is identical on both sides of the purse frame. The purse frame measures 5 3/8" by 3" not including the chain. I think the chain is silver plated and possibly a replacement. The exterior of the purse frame is in overall fantastic condition. There are no dings. Splits or repairs. The interior of the purse frame is marked"Sterling" with the number 354 with a hallmark that looks like a G or F inside of a circle. I am unsure of the maker. There is no monogram. This is a pre- owned Antique Sterling Silver Round Engraved Picture Frame. It is probably from the late 1800s to early 1900s. Beautiful engraving around the edge hallmarked IDN in 3 triangles. Also Sterling and 172. The frame itself is in very good condition. Not a lot of wear, no dents or big scratches, some minor scratces from normal use.
