IT SAYS THE SCALE IS 4 RODS TO AN INCH. THE STREETS ON THE MAP INCLUDE HIGH STREET. FORRESTER STREET, WILLOW AVENUE, MAPLE STREET, CHAPEL STREET, AND WOODLAND COURT. REALLY A GREAT VIEW OF A SMALL NEIGHBORHOOD IN NEWBURYPORT. OVERALL THE CONDITION IS OUTSTANDING WITH JUST SOME MINOR SPOTS.
