Another fine guitar from my personal stash. I am a 59 year old hobbyist and amateur. Climate controlled non smoking environment. I have too many guitars, and bought a'57 tweed vibrolux with the kid's graduation car money, so I must pay. This is one of the nicest guitars I have- see my other listings- and I have a lot of them. This particular model is very rare, mid 80's, MIJ, and is correctly considered to be the best re-issue, ever. Absolutely no issues, perfect electronics, hardware and playability, but does have some very minor buckle scratches. These are more evident in the flash than in person. Frets are in great shape, a little finish wear in two or three spots on the board in the cowboy chord area. All is straight, correct, and to the best of my knowledge original. It took me 8 or 10 years to find this one, and I bought and passed along several nice ones in that effort. This is a very special guitar- light, resonant with good clarity and sustain. Nice stage rig, stays in tune and won't cost you 2k so no panic taking it out. Comes in a rectangular Fender case I presume is correct. A little worn but perfectly serviceable. These coins were issued for the French Colonies in the Americas. My scans came out a bit dark. The coin is brighter.This is a 1780-A 2 sous struck for the French Colonies in the Americas. It is Vlack 381 and is a rarity 6 or more making it very scarce with not many available. Used in Cayenne and of course all the French areas including Louisiana all the way to Canada and Acadia. The item up for sale is a FN+ 6.5 copy of Swamp Thing#2 A great copy to fill up holes in your collection! Could possibly be graded higher. Either way book is priced well below guide! Grades based on the following criteria: FINE GRADES FINE/VERY FINE: 7.0 Slightly better condition than FINE +: 6.5. But in lesser condition than the grade above. FINE +: 6.5 FINE: 6.0 FINE- 5.5 This comic is definitely a well-read copy. But can still be a very desirable copy. This could have one major defect like a larger piece out of the cover(1/4 inch to 1/8 inch) or a one-inch plus tear. It has stress lines around the staples and creases from the opening and closing of the cover. The whiteness of the pages has been changed to off-white to yellowish color. This could have a reading or subscription crease or a rolled spine. But is not damaged enough to reduce ... moreeye appeal dramatically. Some discoloration. Fading in colors and even minor soiling is allowed. The cover and/or inside pages could have minor tears and/or folds Cover can be loose from one staple. But cover cannot be completely detached from interior. Pages and inside covers could be brown but not brittle. Depending on the grade of the copy certain amounts are available in this grade. i.e a book that looks 8.0 with a piece of tape on the interior cover is acceptable in this grade. Up for auction is an Antique Metal Lure Made of Brass with a Patent Date of April 6. 1948 The lure is in Very Good. Used Condition. It does have minimal paint loss. The Patent Number is 149.217. I looked this Patent Number up at http:patft.uspto.gov/ and came up with the date of March 31. 1874, which is incorrect. Apparently. After the initial patent expired, the number was re-issued on April 6, 1948, to Kenneth D. Richards. Kenneth D. Richards invented several lures. A fishing fly body, a fly box, a shot gun sight and an arrow nock. The patent date of April 6. 1948 makes this lure 64 years old. Or there abouts, it could have been made a few years after the patent was granted. In any event. It's a pretty old lure. The length of the metal fish alone is approximately 1 1/5 Inches. The overall length. With the hooks is approximately 2 3/4 ... moreInches. The height is approximately 3/4 of an Inch. As you can see in the drawing of the lure that Kenneth D. Richards designed and applied for a patent with. This lure is similar, but quite a bit different. The lure shown in the patent drawing has a fixed hook and faces left. The lure I have up for auction is more elongated. Has a different size eye, has a split ring, faces right and has red, green and black paint applied to it. Same lure. I don't know. Mission Orange: This 24 x 24 inch embossed tin sign from 1962 in fair- good shape for its age. Rust can be seen at the corners and around the perimeter of the sign. Please see photos for the extent. A rare Mission Orange sign illustrating the full 6-pack of soda, normally only a single bottle is on the sign. The Stout Sign Co.
