HERE IS A ROYAL TRICO LIDDED SUGAR BOWL. HAND DECORATED FROM NAGOYA JAPAN. IN THE FIRST FOUR PICS I HAVE ROTATED THE BOWL NINETY DEGREES IN EACH PIC. THIS BOWL WAS MADE AFTER THE 1930'S AND HAS SEVERAL ISSUES. THE FOREMOST ISSUE IS THE LID. WHICH HAS BEEN BROKEN AND REPAIRED. IN THE PICS YOU CAN SEE THE CRACKS THAT REMAIN AND ALSO A CHIP ON ONE END OF THE LID. THE SECOND ISSUE IS A CHIP OUT OF THE UPPER SECTION OF THE BOWL THAT HOLDS THE LID IN PLACE. The sugar bowl is 3¼" in diameter at the rim tapering down to 2¼" in diameter at the base. It stands 2¼" tall. This beautiful creamer and sugar bowl has no cracks. Chips, or repairs. There is a tiny bit of gold wear on the handle and rims. The design is a stylized grapevines pattern. The design is inside as well outside. Handle and base are gold as well as trim and grape designs. Rest is pink. There are letters on the bottom as well as Royal Standard crown and logo. The sugar bowl has a V; the creamer, an R or a K(a bit smeared so hard to tell. I was unable to find the name of this pattern. In spite of my research, there were no others exactly like this set.

Climbing ivy vine leaves and berries in white fine bone china with gold trim. The sugar bowl is 3¾" in diameter at the gently scalloped gold trimmed rim, about 2" in diameter at the base and 2-3/8" tall. The creamer is 4" wide from spout tip to handle edge, about 2½" in diameter at the widest part of the bowl and 3-1/8" tall.
