The design of the wheat on the front side of each piece while back portions show one wheat on each piece(see first two pictures) There is no marking but was made by Lefton and has been in Mom's china hutch for a long time. This lot consists of the following: GDA France-white background with small pink flowers and green leaves with gold gilt trim. The sugar bowl has 2 chips around the top rim where the lid sits and a small chip on the very tip of one of the gold handles and one small chip on the underside of the lid. Lefton China Hand Made#4934-there is a crack on the bottom of the sugar bowl on the part that it stands on. But does not go all of the way through to the inside and a small chip on the underside of the lid. This set has gold trim that says 50th. Vintage Lefton hand Painted China Violets Creamer + Other Porcelain Cup
This is a very pretty small Lefton China creamer hand painted with violets and a gold trim. Very dainty. It measures just 1-1/2" tall or2-1/4" if you count the upturned spout, and 3-1/2" handle to spout length, a skosh less than 2-1/2" across the other way. It has a number 2912 on the bottom. The other piece has no markings at all. But those who like to collect violets will enjoy this even so. Its bottom is like a little china pedestal, holding up the round bowl-shape cup. It measures 3" diameter across the top and is 2" tall. Nicely painted, but I feel a little roughness around the rim on the inside which does not hurt the appearance, but you need to know about it. Vintage Lefton Sugar and Creamer Set- Beautiful Hand Painted Fruit- 2 sets! These are two beautiful Lefton creamer and sugar sets. There are no markings or stickers on the bottom of one set while the other does retain the Enesco sticker and has the mark E2351 on each piece. They both are hand painted with fruit decorations. They both stand about 3" in height. The sugar one one set does have a minor clake on the apple and has a West Bend. IA sticker on the front. The creamer has two minor flakes, one on the bananas and one to the right of the plums. The other set is missing the lid on the sugar but the set is in excellent condition. Vintage Lefton bluebird creamer& sugar bowl. Is an original set. Signed on the bottom. Pictures to view for confirmation. I inspected this set closely and found: On the creamer: Normal age marks, the Lefton label, 290, 1 tiny speck of pink paint off top lip, 1 sm.chip on left hand wing. On top brim of creamer. To look at this set it does look beautiful. You must inspect closely to view these flaws on the creamer. Next is the sugar bowl: The top lid( head) is in perfect condition. Last is the bottom of the sugar bowl: 290 on the bottom, signed, bottom rim is good, top rim of bowl is good. There is a very fine crack on the inside, near top of brim. It does not go thru to the outside of the bowl. You need to put in in good light to see it. All in all a beautiful vintage set! To Usa bidders. Paypal only

This is a beautiful Lefton creamer 1937! No scratches or chips very very minor wear on the gold. Pretty pink rose pattern with excellent details. A perfect addition to your collection. This item has both the both the mark and identification number. See below from Ebay article"Introduction to Lefton collecting" Genuine Lefton items carry marks. Identification numbers, and paper labels, although some were sold with only one of the three. Paper labels are most likely worn off by repeated washings, or other wear. The resale value of an item will be higher if all identifying marks are present, such as the fired-on ID number and fired-on Crown, other fired-on lettering.
