The base measures approx. 5" x 4 3/4" with drilled mounting holes that measure 3 5/8" and 4" center to center. The wheels move freely and are covered in surface rust. I have left them exactly as found not knowing if someone wants the aged patina. They need a good cleaning and grease. The only defect I can find is a small chip in one of the wheels.see the photo) I'm not sure if it's an old chip or defect in the casting. Two of the wheels appear as though the holes weren't drilled through after the casting. The wheels are the largest I've seen and with a weight of almost 11 lbs. each. Antique Johnson Industries hanging rain-oil Lamp With naked goddess
Hanging old antique rain oil lamp with a woman in the middle. This item has been in my family for years. It is a Johnson Industries serial# 70671 Rain oil lamp and was used as a beautiful piece in my grandparents house for ages. The last I remember was that the oil light would be on and the oil would flow down to the bottom via the strings and look like a beautiful flow of shiny water coming down. It was awesome. However after years of sitting and not putting it to use. I feel this piece should be up and running in someone's home that someone could experience the beauty it brings when turned on. There are a few things that need to be fixed; the strings coming down broke, probably about 2-3. Other than that everything else is in mint condition. This item stands about 36 inches and is about 16 inches wide. It is brass metal and as you can ... moresee from the pictures it is a very very very one of a kind oil lamp. I tried finding it online and I could not find one like it. There were many other styles but this one was by far the one of a kind oil lamp. Antique Biltmore Industries Original Handwoven Dress, One-of-a-Kind, 1940's
Extremely rare and unique. This antique dress was found in the attic of an old Asheville estate house. The telltale label details the origin of the garment. Biltmore Industries began under George and Edith Vanderbilt at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville. NC and was moved in 1917 to the Grove Park Inn. I have researched as much as I can and have been unable to find any other item like it still in existence. As you can see in the pictures. It is in relatively good condition, with some(moth? holes and some fading that have been photographed. The buttons(celluloid) are all there. This a Beautiful slag electric lamp. Stamped on bottom EF INDUSTRIES INC No. 145-4 AND 145-5 C 1971. There are the initials P H around the bottom of lampshade sections. Possibly reproductions of Philip Handel? I don't know. Works and I would say Great condition. There is a bent place around shade in one section but I don't think it takes away at all. See photos. Approx 16 or 17" tall. Base also lights up. All the pink glass sections are there in lamp shade and at bottom. Also. The finial is there, and it looks like the original old cord too. Please note I did not even wipe the dust off this fan although I thought about giving it a shine job but the patina out weighed the thought. The fan works great and really moves some air. There are some dings on the fan blades themselves and some other minor condition issues but nothing effecting the fans functions. I do not know if the cord is original. This rug was made right around the 1920s by Grenfell Labrador Industries of Newfoundland& Labrador. This piece still has the original label in the bottom left corner. This rug depicts 3 brown fucks with white necks that are in flight. This seems to be a pretty unusual design. The rug measures 31" in length and is 17 3/4" in height. The rug is in great condition with no rips tear or stains but there is a thin padded border that goes around the edge of the back which has a few very small pieces missing which is very hard to notice. This is a very rare Antique– Dolly Madison Wine. Fruit Industries Inc. Advertisement Sign(16 in x 8.5 in) printed by Einson Freeman Co. Inc, circa 1934– Great Prohibition era piece. Here is a background about Fruit Industries Inc: In 1929 during prohibition. Several wineries merged to form Fruit Industries Inc. They sold grapes, juices, various products an even a product called Vine-Glo. Once prohibition ended, they launched DOLLY MADISON WINE and began to advertise. Sign description and details: The sign size is 16 in x 8.5 in. It is made out of some type of cardboard material with a printed advertisement attached to the front. The piece has some tears around the edges… a majority on the right side. You can view it in the pictures I have attached. It looks as if the previous owner placed tape behind the printed paper to keep it attached ... moreto the cardboard. I did not remove it. Since it is so fragile and did not want to cause it more damage. There are also two holes toward the top, which were probably used to hang it.On the back there are some stains and even some light writing from pencil, maybe from the original owner. This is a'Ambassador' Radio Phono' By Audio Industries and plays AM radio and 33, 45, and 78 rpm records. It folds up and can be carried by it's handle as shown in the photos. The phono/radio is 8 1/2" in height and 14 1/4" wide and 17" in depth when all closed up. The radio works great with no static at all when on or when tuning in stations. The speaker sounds great with no crackles or pops. The switch for radio or phonograph is located under the main big dial for dialing in radio stations. The phonograph needs a needle and does not have one. The turntable spins evenly and makes no noises though I'm sure it could use a little oil after all these years. The radio/phono has been stored in clean, dry, smoke free, rodent free, warm conditions and is in nice shape as the photos show. The mesh cover covering ... morethe speakers is clean and in great shape as the photos show. By the left of the'Ambassador' logo on the inside of the cover is a blemish as the photos show. It is in real nice clean shape for it's age. The end of the cord on the plug-in part has black tape on it and I left it be and it works fine. I don't know when it was made though I guess in the 40s. Antique / vintage school map: Louisiana Industries + Fishing & Trapping
Large(32"x44" historical school-room map of Louisiana"Minerals and Industries. with an inset showing"Fisheries and Trapping. Printed in 1946 by Denoyer-Geppert(Chicago) plate L8 from the"Louisiana Social Studies Maps" series. Shows industrial development as of WWII, as well as where one might trap delicacies such as raccoon, muskrat, and opossum(which means- historical note- this map predates the great Louisiana nutria take-over) Overall this map is in decent shape- a bit of curling and warping and a few very minor discolorations. Notable flaws are: ca. 1" taped) tear along the left edge; and a ca. 3/4" smudge of something removed from near Baton Rouge(see detail picture) But no other fading, holes, or marks. Apologies for the shipping cost- that includes a mailing tube.

☆☆Pipe Stand + 4 Pipes☆☆ Found at an estate sale. I know nothing about this product so i will do my best to describe. I believe it is a Decatur Pipe Holder from my research. Its very hard to see the writing on the pipes however below is my best guess. Pipes are marked: Eldorado. Dr Grabow Ported Briar 65 Brooks 699(crack in pipe) Imported Italy Briar(also other writing i can't see) Everything is a bit dirty and dusty but i do not see any damage.
