If you're reading this- it worked. I'm going to tell you what I know. It's sturdy. The table. The chairs and the cabinet are all pretty strong. No painfully obvious wobble in the chairs. The table top is a very shiny washable surface that might be a plastic laminate of some sort. There is a leaf for the table. You get four chairs and the china cabinet. Now about that china cabinet. With the exception of the carving in the top drawer this looks a lot like Danish modern to me. If the carving on the china hutch didn't match the carving in the chairs I might have thought it was from another set altogether. So there you have it. What I know for sure. Instead of me making up a bunch more stuff. It might be better if you'd just ask me questions if you feel the need. The stain is very slightly worn on the top of the buffet, right in front of the hutch. The rest of the top is in perfect condition. A wood oil would remedy any worn stain areas. This credenza can be used with or without the hutch. It comes with a flatware insert that can be removed. The insert is covered in the original purple velvet fabric which is in great condition. It has three drawers on the right.the top drawer is shallower and has the removable silverware insert and another partitioned section. The two drawers below are both large and deeper. It also has a sliding door on the left. Once slid over it reveals two shelves, which are easily adjustable. Since the shelf on the bottom left is adjustable this piece will fit anything and everything you need stored. This hutch comes with two sliding glass pieces that can be used or removed easily. Vintage Oak China Hutch 2 Piece!!!! Must See!!
This is a Gorgeous. 2 Piece Oak China Hutch with a rich golden oak stain. Has all original glass doors and handles. Original guides for the drawers.However the right side drawer is missing it's guide underneath the drawer. However the main guide is fine and drawers are solid. Has a unfinished inside bottom cabinet, also has some age and were and tear around the bottom, and the feet of the hutch(upper part) and also around the bottom base of the(lower part) as expected with age consideration. The left side Glass door has just a slight drop. All as seen in photos) This is a beautiful Display for your china with plenty of storage.This Beautiful piece, truly is of southern charm.Refinish or keep the aged look! Approx. 74" tall. 43 1/2" inches wide& top hutch is 11" deep& bottom 17 3/4" deep.
