Pre 1850's Miniature Wooden Dresser measuring 6 3/4" x 4 1/2" x 10 1/4" ht dovetailed frame with hand cut rose head nail construction still in excellent near perfect condition. missing small front trim piece near the right leg. Top drawer has a nick on two corner edges and that's really it! Still has all the original knobs which appear to be made out of bone. Dresser is solid and when the drawers are removed the frame is still sturdy! Great example of an early primitive, folk art furniture piece that I'm sure the high bidder will be pleased with!

Please be patient there are 27 photos to be loaded in this auction. This auction is for a beautiful filigreed antique wood doll bed. With fabric ... morecovered spring mattress. What a lucky little girl, to have such a wonderful, carefully constructed place to rest her dollies when playing with them. The workmanship needed to create and execute the intricate filigree design is mind boggling! Please see the photos to see what is beyond words to describe. The mattress is removable, with a fabric cover, and a different fabric tacked on, covering the underside. The slats that hold the mattress are dovetailed at the ends to match the rests created for them along the side rails. Amazing! The bed measures approx. 20.25" by 12.75" by 10.25" There are some bits that have broken off through the life of this gem. And there is glue at the ends all of the cross slats. The foot of the bed shows a repair to the leg, and the fabric is yellowed and less than bright and new. The under fabric has dark stains, as visible in the photos. Decorated with a sort of TREE OF LIFE designs, depicting a Robin perched in a Tree Branch with red berries and green leaves. Red pinstriped edges. Iron tip and iron tacks. The surface also has old worn crackled varnish over the paint. These fine American folk art painted wooden bellows have designs in colors over a chrome yellow background. Yellow. Vintage Furniture: Antique Wood Table or Bench- Folk Art. Hand Painted- American Flag- with Storage. This is a very unique piece. Truly one of a kind. It is all wood and measures 36" across, 17" deep, and 17" tall. The hinged top opens up to a 3" deep storage area underneath. An original piece of furniture of some kind has been reworked by hand, including painting the top in an American flag design. Works as a coffee table, bench, storage space, and just really interesting accent piece. I got it from an antique store about 30 years ago and it is in the same condition now as when I got it, with normal wear as expected on such a piece. Very cool item. An Antique Folk Art Doll Cradle Made in the 1880's
This is a really rare find. This is a folk art painted doll cradle from the 1880's. I purchased this cradle from a 92 year old woman who said this had been in her family since before the turn of the century. It looks like it might have been hand made and hand painted. It is missing some paint hare and there. But this was played with for 125 years. It measures 21 1/2 inches long 11 inches wide and 13 inches high. There is a tiny piece of trim missing see picture 7. An unusual piece, the diminutive chest inlaid with checkerboard veneered top, the edge and sides with stringing and diagonal inlay(somewhat irregularly laid out) the top edge of the chest with wave pattern border; the front with two drawers below a slide-out extension table similarly inlaid with large floral medallion and stylized flowers within a wave border, the drawers and extension each fitted with single brass pull.
