I'm in awe of whoever made it because it's all dovetailed together. From the looks of it by hand and there aren't nails or glue, but it's as tight as can be and totally solid! There are several tiny nails actually that hold the top curvy piece on, but that's all, no other spot has nails. It's sold as is because it has a rusty hanging wire and as you can see there are a few scratches and one small part has a split in the wood, but maybe it was always that way because it isn't at all loose or structurally unsound. It doesn't look like it was ever painted. It needs to be given something to nourish the surface. And it has a 10 on the back middle. Side panels have decorative round cutouts& back to front top is only 2”W, bottom back to front across legs is 12 ½”W. Shelves have rounded edge with bottom shelf being 17 ½”W. Each shelf depth(Top to Bottom) is 1” 3 ¼” 6” 9 ¼” The 2 lower shelves are spaced 10 ½” apart. And upper shelf to top is 9 ¼” apart. Vintage Wood Wall Shelf Display 3 Tier French Blue Paint Cottage Vintage Shabby
Here is a sweet shelf to display something special. It is 17" high. 16" across, and 4.5" deep. The space between the shelves is a bit over 6" so you could display items up to 6" tall here. The top two shelves are just over 3" deep and the bottom shelf is 4.5" deep. The sides have a pretty, curving shape. There are two metal eyes attached to the back so that you can easily hang this. It is lightweight and solid and in excellent condition with a few little rough spots in the paint but no peeling, no missing paint- it looks great! Very good vintage condition with a beautiful shade of hyacinth blue paint which appears to have a satin or semi-gloss finish. This is the kind of shelf that was made around the 1930s-1950s. It will really go in any style of room at all. And is just so useful almost anywhere you need ... morea little storage or display. 1800's Antique Primitive Plate Wall Rack / Shelf Display
This is a wall mount plate and tea cup rack. It was taken from a home built in the 1850's. The owner of the home told me her grandmother was given it prior to her being born. It looks like someone painted over the original stain. I cleaned off about 100 years of dirt and the original stain started to appear. This was hand crafted. Other items taken from the home were made with square head nails such as a hand crafted dry sink used prior to the home having running water. Dimensions: 39" length x 20" height x 5" deep Please review images. Some wood has rotted on the bottom corners. The plate shelf can and should be repaired. It is a piece of history. Very nice small Victorian" what not" shelf for displaying small collectibles or photographs. Made of walnut. Very sturdy with nice hardware well fastened on the back for hanging. There are no scratches or breaks to the wood. There are however 2 small holes in the back of the top shelf and I am not sure of their purpose. They may have held additional turnings at one time.

NICE Large Eastlake Victorian Antique Oak Plate Teacup Rack Display Wall Shelf
This is a fantastic antique two tier plate shelf with a row of 6 hooks to hang teacups. The shelf is large and heavy(over three feet long) measuring 40" L x 6 1/2" W x 26" H. It is very old. Was handmade and has outstanding detail with floral accents and curved sides, accent spindles all around, scalloped bottom and sides, narrow strips of wood that cover the panel seems on the front, a covered top piece with a scalloped front held up by two turned pillars. Both tiers have a strip of wood running the length of the shelf for the bottom edges of plates to rest against, holding them in an upright position. The wood is in very good condition with a natural finish and slightly darkened aged patina. All joints(including all spindles) are tight, and there is little surface wear other than typical age-related issues(light scuffing, ... morescratching, shallow dings, a few stains, etc) Where the scalloped bottom edge comes to a point on the left hand side. There is a piece of wood missing that is partially obscured by the side piece that covers that area(look at the main photo and compare the bottom left and right corners to see the difference) There are several holes drilled in the back panel that were used to screw the shelf to the wall; there are no other hangers. The shelf will be packed very well and insured during shipping.

This is the real deal and NOT one of the super common repros out there. Approx circa 1890. Near perfect overall condition. Solid walnut or mahogany. Bottom board and top rail are both nicely beveled. Fluted spindles across the front. Beautiful rich patina. Side columns have finials below and candle platforms on top. May have been salvaged from a wall mirror at one time.
