This antique tole chandelier was saved from a wonderful bay area Victorian renovation that was being transformed to modern décor by the new owner. We believe the chandelier is at least pre-1940’s or earlier. The shape is very unique. It is a hard wire mount that comes with the original ornate ceiling cap. The girandole chandelier has a total of 5 arms that each take the large end candelabra style bulbs or you could use a standard size bulb. All 5 arms are adorned with the original large crystal tear drop prisms. Each arm has the original candle sleeves that resemble drippy candle wax and each one has pleated light shades. My favorite part of this chandelier is all of the pink porcelain roses and porcelain flowers. The center column is very unusual with a scrolling curly shape. The chandelier measures 24 inches tall and to the top of the ceiling cap measures 30 inches. There is a large 1 ¾ inches crystal ball prism on the very bottom of the chandelier. The width across measures 18 inches in diameter.
