Beautiful pair of Antique Brass Sconces lighting
Matched pair of antique brass sconces that was in my bathroom in last house doesn't work with new house. I have owned these for over twenty years. Purchased at an antique shop in NJ. They have been rewired I think they were originally gas not sure they later put on switches to control each light. The fixtures are 19 inches tall and 12 inches wide at its widest point. The smaller glass is 5 inches tall by 4 inches wide there are two of them and the top light is 4 1/2 inches tall by 7 inches high none of my measurements are exact difficult to measure something round. They give a lot of light I always like how I had plenty of down light and an uplight effect.

Henrik and Ole Moe, helped to found the Milwaukee-based Moe-Bridges lighting company in 1919. This listing includes: ONE 5-shade chandelier! ONE 3-shade chandelier! TWO ... moresconces! The sconces are not yet restored) The set is ideal for. Say, a living room and adjacent dining room, or living room and adjacent foyer. Of course, I can also envision the set in your newly renovated kitchen! The fixtures have really beautiful pearl-colored glass shades with a subtle iridescent finish. And lovely filigree brass bands at top. Gorgeous! Under each shade is a single glass sphere. I love it! On the chandeliers. The upper stems have a thick glass donut, and above that is a stunning brass flourish. Yum! Weaving up through the original chains is new cloth-covered wiring. Nice. The canopies(the cup against the ceiling) are also original. They are very simple. But the shape is a perfect complement to the fixtures(the eye should notice the chandelier and not the canopy) The sconces retain their original mounting buttons, too. The chandeliers retain their original creamy finish. There are small brass components. Too. ABOUT THE RESTORATION SCHEDULE: The set is not fully restored yet. Here up for auction is what I believe to be a pair of cast brass sconces with metal arms made by the Riddle& Co. Toledo OH- USA circa 1930 or so. Stamped with manufacturer's stamp on the back. These are in excellent condition and even have the original beads that hung on the sconces. In original condition. They measure 10.25 in. W x 5 in. D- the wall piece is 10.25 in. H. Pair of antique wall sconces Wooden(presumably pine) Wrought iron candle holder; stamped BS8840. Description revised to add dimensions: 16"T. 7"L, 3.25"W. Please review the photos as they are the primary description for these sconces. My grandfather had them hanging in his shop for at least 35 years and I know they were given to him by my great grandfather. I have tried to research the style. Wood and stamp. My best assumption based on their primitive design with stamp is early to mid 1800's although I cannot guarantee this.
