This fixture is an original from our home that was built in the ... moreearly 1930's. The measurement of the fixture is approximately 12" x 7" I do not know much about this light fixture other than it was an original fixture. The fixture appears to be brass and some sort of pewter(the ship steering wheel. The light bulb domes are made of a frosted glass. There are star"cut outs" in the brass part of the fixture that are attached to the glass domes. The glass domes are in good shape. No cracks or broken glass. The brass needs a good polishing, and the wiring is the old knob and tube wiring, so it would need to be rewired. This is a really unique nautical style fixture and would be wonderful for a collector or someone who is looking for a nautical antique lighting fixture.
