Antique 5 Arm Brass Crystal Chandelier NR Spanish 51 Crystals
This is for a beautiful Antique Spanish/French Brass& Crystal 5 Arm Chandelier. With fleur de lis patterns throughout. It came from a Wisconsin Estate. It is marked and made in Spain. Overall, it is in Very Good Original Condition! There are no cracks, chips or repairs. The patina is very nice! There are 51 crystals, which will be removed and packed seperately. The chandelier weighs between 9 and 10 lbs. It measures about 20 1/2 inches tall(without the chain) and about 20 inches wide. There are a total of 6 chain lengths at 2 inches long each, so you could get another 12 inches of height. There is a matching ceiling canopy and ceiling connector. The wiring looks good, but I would have it checked out by a qualified electrician. The chandelier has not been cleaned or polished. Please use the photos as part of the description. We are pleased to offer this beautiful. Antique(c1930s to 1940s) brass chandelier. This wonderful fixture features a large brass body with a classical urn shape. On the lower section of the body is a large glass ball for accent. The glass is thick and appears to be blown with a sublte vertical pattern. It is deeply etched/cut with a flower on each side. The flowers have long stems and leaves which are also very deep and textural. The unique bottom brass finial is an exact replica of the chandelier body which is a very nice touch. There are 5 brass arms with lovely curved lines. Each arm houses a single bulb. There are 5 hurricane style shades which appear to be hand painted with a soft green and white leave and stem design. Antique 1920's Art Deco Crystal& Brass 5 Arm Electrified Chandelier This is old. Probably post WWI/ 1920's from the glass, which has a great Art Deco look. The glass is thick and sturdy. The wiring looks like the kind you find in old knob and tube electrical and it would certainly need rewiring. It does have a great look and all of the parts appear to be here including the collar that fits to the ceiling and the chain and its hardware necessary to hang it. As for the metal. I believe it is brass or something with brass plating over it. Some spots show the wear on the surface and I would take steel wool to it as the underneath looks like brass also. There are also a few rust spots on the very bottom that could benefit from a good cleaning. Restored, it would make a lovely addition to a post Victorian, Art Deco building. Measures: Width across.23" Length from ceiling plate to end of lamp body.36" Shades.2" fitter Shade width at bottom of bell.7" Shade height.5.5" Wears standard bulbs. Not the tiny flame tips. Regular size socket. This estate find has some damage but the main lamp body and the shade brackets are in very good condition. No rust. Inside the shade bracket it reads, M 3114. I cannot find any other maker marks. Bulb sockets are Leviton. The hobnail ruffle shades are frosted and have a dotted coloring in the light. I have seen replacements on Ebay. 1930's Brass & Pressed Glass 5 Arm Chandelier 50 French U-Drop Crystal Prisms
A lovely estate find in vintage condition. This is a brass and frosted pressed glass 5-arm chandelier. The shapely frosted pressed glass column and lower globe have classic designs etched. There is no finial on the lower globe. Each of the five brass arms hold 5 frosted etched glass globes. I don't believe these are the original globes. The globes have no chips or cracks. Wiring appears to be original so you may want to have re-wired. Current wiring does work. Minor tarnish on brass. Hanging from each arm are 10 crystal 3" u-drop prisms. They sparkle beautifully when the light is lit. The brass ceiling cap is 4 1/2" in diameter. The chandelier is 16" tall and 16" wide. The chain is 31" long. It has beautiful ornate designs all over. The arms are held with brass screws which I replaced with new brass ones as the old ones were weak and full of rust. The chain is 33" long without the chandelier to adjust to whatever ceiling height the buyer has. It came from a house with Cathedral ceilings on Miami Beach. The chandelier itself is 20" tall. The arms have ornate design and scrolls. It's 14" across in diameter with the shades. It's been rewired by a local electrician. All the buyer has to do is have it polished even though it looks good as is. It needs to be cleaned but the new owners can do that. Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE This chandelier came from my first house which was built in 1932. I am uncertain if this was the original chandelier but it is definitely vintage/antique. It has all prisms attached though I am unaware of the material used to make them. The only thing missing from the unit is the chain(it is pictured with chain but the chain was re-used for it's replacement) The chain is easy to find/replace as most hardware stores carry them. The original canopy is included. It is wired with a ground. But you will need to splice to extend the wire or replace the wire. There are no known issues with this unit. Antique Vintage Flemish Dutch 12 Arm Brass Chandelier 5 Feet Across
Here is an incredible old Flemish"Dutch" style 12 arm brass chandelier. This piece is very large and measures approximately 5 feet in diameter. The height alone on this piece is 64" including the chain. Without the chain the height is about 32" This piece is quite heavy and consists of a brass center and arms. And a very solid wood bulbous baluster hanging from the center. I have not seen too many with the wooden ball baluster. Each of the 12 arms is screwed into a clip that is then attached with two screws to the center hub piece. I can see the lamp's cloth covered wiring, and I believe this chandelier is quite old, but I am not certain of the actual age. The majority of the lamp is in very good condition, and we have attached all of the arms in order to take pictures reflecting the actual size of this piece. It makes ... morequite a statement. It is not a multi-layered chandelier, all 12 arms come out at the same level. Each bulb holder has three"arms" coming out around the top that are all adjustable. The one thing that I can see regarding damage to this chandelier is that there is a crack in the big wooden baluster(picture shown) This is a very large piece to ship. I am listing a shipping charge of $99, but that is with the assumption that I will disassemble the lamp before shipping as it will be much easier to ship of I take off all of the arms, but that will likely also involve cutting the wiring. If I ship this way, and have overcharged, I will reimburse any shipping charges to you. Another option is that I will drop this chandelier off at a local shipping facility and you can coordinate your own packaging and shipping charges. Local pickup is also available, and we would also be willing to drive within an hour or so of Central New York to meet for drop off/delivery. This is a wonderful item and quite unusual. Brass and Alabaster 5 Arm Chandelier
Brass and Alabaster 5 Arm Chandelier. Glass Globes. Size of chandelier are approximate: 28" across. 20" high. Glass Globes are approximately 8-3/4" tall and approx 6-1/4 diameter. Came from Lighting by Eric in Pittsburgh, PA. I had it in my dining room and replaced it with another fixture. It has been in storage since. I purchased it I believe in the 1980's at a price of around at least $1,200. It has candle holder type fixtures to hold the light bulbs(one is missing) I used the globes for a while and then I used little lamp shades which go over the bulbs, so that would be a choice. It is in good condition, may need polishing since it has been stored for a while now. There is a lot of china like white or off white trim as you can see in the pictures. Not sure. But I believe they called it alabaster.

Beautiful. Beautiful, Vintage brass with crystal chandelier with 5 arms and 10 lights. Five of the chandelier candle covers( that cover the bulb socket) are either cracked, chipped or broken. This does not interfere with its functioning and can easily be replaced. Other wise the chandelier in very good condition. It is made in Spain and is made of brass. The diameter of the chandelier is 22" and its height from the top of the chandelier to the bottom crystal is approximately 18" The crystals are not clear but iridescent tear drop prism( as can be seen from the pictures.If you have any questions please ask before bidding.
