Amazing chandelier. Take a look at the pictures it is just mind blowing details and Colors. The first 2 pictures is more how the colors look when is hanging. The other pictures had a flash and it shows the colors more brights. But as can see it is gorgeous It has new wires. The part that has the screw under the the canopy is broken but it does not take away once you finish installing the chandelier. Light bulbs not included. It has the original sockets. Antique Tudor Revival Medieval Gothic Deco Nouveau Moe-Bridges Style Chandelier
This is an antique chandelier light fixture with five lights. It came out of a victorian home and was probably a replacement when the gaslights were taken out. It looks like a Moe-Bridges light fixture but I am not sure because I can't find any marks on it. It has been professionally rewired and works great. It is heavy and made of brass and painted metal. It has red. Green and gold colors in the decoration. There are some chips on some of the painted areas especially the finial that hangs down on the bottom of the fixture. I didn't want to change or alter the finish at all so I left it as is. I hung the fixture on a ladder to photograph it hanging but I am sure it would look much better hanging from the ceiling in your home. The actual body of the fixture measures 25" long and about 20" wide. The chain and ceiling cover ... moremeasure another 24" long. The fixture and chain measure approximately 49" long. Old Art Deco Nouveau Victorian Ceiling Light Fixture CHANDELIER w/ 5 Orig Globes
For your consideration here is a lovely vintage old chandelier ceiling light fixture with 5 original ivory/ cream color original glass globes. There's a nice hand blown heavy glass round"ball" shaped piece on the chandelier. The entire chandelier is all completely original. It is made from multiple types of metals. I am not 100% sure what all the metals are but I think at least some of the metals may be brass. Cast metal, possibly bronze.some of the metal is magnetic and most of it is not magnetic. There's a little rust on the magnetic round disk shaped piece near the middle area of chandelier but it's nothing I would consider major. The chandelier does show use and age but still a fantastic chandelier with wonderful art nouveau/ Victorian designs& patterns. The 5 glass globes are all the original globes.they do ... morehave tiny, tiny barely there flea bites around the opening but they are not noticeable.I only saw them with my magnifying glass when I was looking the chandelier. The original wiring, cables,etc are still present. The chandelier measures approximately 25 inches tall. 18 inches wide. The glass round ball shaped hand blown piece measures 9 inches around. The glass globes measure approximately 5-1/4 inches in diameter. 3 inches tall, 4 inches in diameter at largest opening and 2 inches in diameter at smallest opening. Chandelier is quite heavy. Will be packed with lots of care and a generous amount of bubble wrap. Paper and cardboard before packing it into a sturdy solid strong box and shipped to the new owner. Hello Industrial and Art Deco collectors! Up for bids is this recently recovered 3 arm cast iron chandelier. It appears to be 1920s vintage and at a cross over from Art Nouveau to Art Deco. It has black and white paint over what appears to be brass or copper. Measures just over 13 inches high. There are 12 inches between each arm and the base mount is 5 inches across. I see no marks to indicate maker. Still original wire. But it hasn't been tested. Comes from storage so needs cleaning up from some dust and dirt, but what a great restoration project! We can see a predominant Art Nouveau theme with Louis XVI elements. It originally had a central gas lamp and two additional lamps at each end. The gas lamps are now converted to hold electric bulbs. This is a counterweighted lamp: the center section can be extended/retracted with a chain and pulley system. This system works as it should except the chains could be longer. The bronzework on this chandelier is excellent. With high quality construction and nicely done details. In this case the heavy metal filigree frame is the vintage part, all the beading, prisms etc. has been added and is not original to this light. Vintage Art Nouveau 4 Arm Pan Light Chandelier with Center Dome Light
A wonderful almost all original pan light chandelier from the 1920's or 30's. Light has 4 arms and a center dome light. Light has been re-wired. Has 3 out of the 4 original Arrow fat boy paddle socket switches. The fourth switch has been replaced with a new period correct paddle switch which I installed in the original Arrow casing. The center light socket is original and the finish is all original. The hanging chain was replaced and I had to use a couple of different shade holding screw on one hanging cup which will not really be noticeable. As I said, the light has its original finish, a wonderful light milk chocolate color with gold highlights on the fantastic embossing around the bottom of the pan and on the hanging shade holders and ceiling bell. The center dome is 12" across, 5" deep and has a 10" fitter and is ... morefrosted with a cut to clear flower or starburst design. The dome does have some chipping on the inside of the fitter edge but is not affected by this. The center dome also has about a 1 1/4" crack that I found while taking the photos for this listing, imagine my disappointment. I did not see the crack all of the time I was cleaning and working on this light, thought maybe it occurred when I put in a bulb and turned it on so I have had the light on and off for extended periods of time to make sure the crack would not get bigger. It has not changed at all so I believe it is stable and will be fine if handled with care. The crack is just above the widest part of the dome and will probably not be visable when hung. I have included a photo of the crack. The pan is 15" across and total width, end of arm to end of arm is 22" Total hanging length is about 34" The arm socket holders are made for shades that have a 2 1/4" fitter. I will let the new owner install their own choice of shades if any. The light does have some minor scuffs and paint loss but is really nice for its age. It is very ornate and made of brass. The brass is thick, heavy and every inch shows intricate molded detailing. As shown. Hung in a huge dinning room. Made out of good quality bronze. Very nice age patina. The chandelier dates back to the 1950’s or about. Reduced Rare Art Nouveau Crafts Large Cut Glass Dome Chandelier 3 Frosted Shades
Hello. Welcome to our auction of this original Art nouveau brass chandelier with large central frosted& cut glass dome and 3 large pendant lantern lights suspended down from the centre piece. The ceiling rose measures 8.5" wide and 4" tall. The main frame is 17" across and 5 1/4" tall. it measures a total drop from the ceiling of 34" With each side pendant on a chain of 3 links and total length from the top if the frame of 16.5 inches. It will require a re-wire and small amount of attention to the metal links holding all the pieces. It still has the ceramic rise& fall fixture within the ceiling rose. Which now has a metal hook. Each of the pendants has the old white ceramic edged screw fittings(normal width) There is a suspended arm adjoined to the frame which holds a bulb to the centre if the dome. For the ... morepurposes of the photos I have suspended the light over a single energy bulb.not the brightest. But I think this gives a basic idea of how it could look. The glass is in near perfect condition with only a couple of light edge marks where the small screws have held it in place. The dome and other 2 lanterns are unmarked. One of the small screws is damaged, but the shade is firmly in place with only 2. Good patina and age on the metal work, could be slightly polished so the floral motifs are highlighted. The chains are made out of copper or copper-plated metal and were renewed once. I have a matching fixture listed separately. The sockets do not fit normal bulbs they are foreign possibly French. Easy to swap out for ones that accept normal bulbs or possibly there is an adapter that can just screw in. The milk glass shades look great and have no chips or cracks. The fixture with the shades is 20 wide and 34 from the ceiling to the bottom. the shade fitters are 2 1/4.
