This is a flush-mount fixture, sheet brass body measures a little over 14" ... moreacross at the base, includes the original mount and finial. The three sockets will hang down about 9" including the shades. Based on the way this was stored, I believe the shades are original, ornate frosted glass with 2" fitters. The fixture does show heavier age and wear from decades of use and storage, and of course will need to be rewired. The glass shades have some scuffs and scrapes, one has a sizable flake on the bottom but that will not be noticeable as normally used. The shade holders are missing most of the little screws that hold the shades in. A grand old fixture, probably circa 1930s, hope it fits your house Please take a look at all of the photos above. Antique Vintage Light Fixture Flush Mount Cast Plaster 3 Light
Here is a nice old flush mount ceiling fixture that was found in with a lot of other fixtures so I'm not positive of the age. The fixture is cast plaster with stamped brass socket bells and finial. Based on other fixtures that I've handled. I would estimate this to be from the 1920's-30's. Please note: this will need a complete re-wire. I'm sure that has been painted over the years. Since the back of the fixture is a gold color(see pics) There are a few small nicks/chips along the edge of the fixture where it meets the ceiling but overall it's in good shape(see pics) There is only one socket. The other 2 bells are not attached and have no sockets. There are also a few stress cracks in the bells. Which is pretty common on thin-gauged stamped brass in older fixtures(see pics) What wiring remains is original. So this ... morewould need a complete rewire and sockets. There is also no mounting bracket included. Antique or vintage glass ceiling light fixture shade. It is the 3 hole mounting type and it is in good condition with no chips or cracks that I could see. Except for a very small chigger on one of the edges. It is 10" across and 4" deep. Has a nice pattern and the color would work with any décor, kind of a tan or beige. This is a rare and unique wall mounted light fixture. All hardware is included. The light hangs from a metal(cast iron? rod. And can swivel back and forth. The wiring. In my uneducated opinion, will need to be, at the minimum, repaired, and possibly replaced. Where the metal rod comes down, there is exposed cloth wiring about 4 inches in length where there should not be any. The total drop length of the light is 25" The wiring is of the cloth type and in places is very frayed. There is a clear glass hurricane surrounding the light bulb. Outside the hurricane, the lampshade is made of hobnail milk glass. This would be an exceptional piece and is well worth any repair that needs to be made. Antique stained glass/ brass hanging light fixture cieling mount complete
Up for consideration is an antique stain glass ceiling mount light fixture with brass details. The glass is all intact. There are paint specks on the glass and the entire light needs a cleaning. I will leave that to the new owner. The light is 8 inches tall and 6.25 inches square at the bottom of the 4 pieces of stain glass. The ceiling mount plate which is brass is 4.75 inches round. The colors in the stain glass are reds/greens and blue greens. The pull string still works it clicks on and off. The main color is red. I'm not sure of the age but would guess late 1800's early 1900's.Because of its age I'm sure there are minors scratches etc. But for the age it's in remarkable condition. Restored 1920s Vintage Art Deco Glass Flush Mount Light Fixture Chandelier
This is a clear and frosted shade with a very strong Art Deco leaf design. It's simple. But very striking. It has a small chunky glass column for a little touch of sparkle on the canopy. This a flush mount fixture. And only hangs 11" from the ceiling. It's perfect for lots of impact in a small room with a low ceiling. This would be gorgeous in an entryway or powder bath. It's really beautiful when lit. The shade measures 10 inches in diameter. The hardware. And canopy is dark antique brass finish. The shade hangs by three silver tone chains with a sparkle bead on the ends. This fixture has a brand new triple socket and new wiring. It takes three standard size light bulbs. A really nice feature of old glass is that it gives off a beautiful warm glow no matter what kind of bulb you use. In the pictures above. Antique chandelier mount parts hanging light fixture twisted glass and brass
Antique or vintage chandelier or ceiling light fixture mount with base. Chain and twisted glass. It hangs down about 24" the bottom section to the chain with the glass is 10" long. The base mount is 4 1/2" across and 1" deep. There is some wear on the paint from age and it does not have any wiring. The glass has no chips or cracks in the glass that I could see.
