There are new wires as well as new sockets and it is being sold as working. The lamp shades shown in the pictures will be included. The glass lamp shades are free from any chips or cracks. VINTAGE ITALIAN TOLEWARE HANGING LAMP CHANDELIER SCONCE & BOUQUET of FLOWERS
I had a hard time getting pictures of this Italian Toleware Sconce hanging light fixture. It has the made in Italy tag and I have a matching one I would be glad to list if you need a pair. I noticed from the pictures. It needs to be dusted- I also would have this one rewired as the cord is taped. The silk shade also has damage at the top. This is a large hanging lamp or chandelier. The floral tole part on top is 20 inches long. 7 1/2 inches at it's widest point and 12 inches deep. So it does come out from the wall. The shade is 16 inches long and 9 inches across. Below that is a darling bouquet of flowers at the base. It is a little over 4 inches across and a little over 7 inches tall. It has a wrapped bow at the bottom and there is a metal beaded chain or cord to pull to turn the lamp on and off. All together is is about 45 inches long ... moreand there are also tole leaves around the finial. The flowers in the sconce and bouquet look like lillys with little blue posies. Antique Light Vintage Black Wrought Iron Hanging Chandelier Swag Lamp w Chain Lamp measures 20" tall x 10" across at the widest part near the top. The chain is Metal Brass in color that has been painted black. The chain measures at least 11 feet long. See pictures it does have paint missing. Light fixture is BLACK wrought iron. NEEDS SOME CLEANING AND REWIRING. Electric Candle Cover in the center is chipped around the edge and has black paint spray on it as well as black paint spray on the Light bulb also. SEE PICS FOR CONDITION ~ SOLD AS IS NO RETURNS. The lamp does work however it needs to be rewired. due to the age and condition of the OLD wiring I would recommend it be rewired before use. Circa 1920-1930, but please make up your own mind about this. The light measures approx 10 inches(250mm) tall by 5 inches(125mm) in diameter. It is modeled as an inverted flame. Mounted in a painted brass holder, and is in good condition with no chips or cracks to the glass. The bulb holder is a standard UK bayonet clip type. It is in good original condition with very light wear consistent with its great age. But no damage or repairs. This is a fine example of its type and it would make a beautiful decorative piece. Vintage Metal Chandelier Decorative Hanging Lamp Ceiling Light Fixture
This is a vintage metal chandelier hanging light fixture that measures 13" tall and 16" wide. I'm not sure what type of metal this is but it has a nice weight to it(5 1/2" lbs) It should have 39 hanging prisims but I did not get them when I purchased this item at a property auction. You could replace these or use the light as is. This light holds 5 bulbs and I used 40 watt candleabra bulbs in it. It has the wiring already run and was working when it was hanging. VTG MID CENTURY MODERN GLASS CHANDELIER SWAG HANGING LAMP ORANGE AMBER PLUG IN
This is a very nice mid century hanging swag lamp. The chain hooks up to a ceiling hook. Etc. the lamp hangs down. There is plenty of chain to reach quite a distance to an outlet(then just plugs in- no hard wiring needed) The clear coated electrical cord runs within the chain. The cord/chain has a dial type switch(see photo) The globe is glass with bubble shaped type texture pattern. The ends are metal. Please examine all enlarged photos for best description. I believe you will be pleased with what you see. On the upper rim. Under where the metal covers, there looks like there may be a small crack. It does not go through the glass. I noted it when I took the metal off. I will be adding a photo. It is covered by the metal& does not affect appearance. Other than that there are no chips, cracks or breakage. In a few small areas there are ... moresome minor changes to the orange/amber color on the glass- much like thinning varnish, typically expected with aging. In my opinion it is not all that noticable when the lamp is on, nor does it detract from the wonderfulness of this lamp. It is a good sign of true vintage age. Again, see all enlarged photos. The bulb socket is original and it works well. The lamp is 5x5 inches at the top and 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches at the bottom. From the pendant at the bottom to the hanging ring it is 11 1/2 inches. I have two of these listed so if you need a matching set please view it's mate. I listed separate because most of the time people only need one. This wonderful antique light measures 23 inches wide/round and 18 inches tall. The chain and the part that attaches to the ceiling are an additional 20 inches. But of course, the chain can be shortened to adjust to the height of your ceiling. I personally would replace the chain and rewire the lamp due to age. For its age, it's in excellent shape, and I can find very little wear. There is a bit of scuffing and the metal has tarnished a little bit in spots. That would be mainly on the chain and such though, as the body of the lamp is just great. The bulbs need replace and you can chose the bulb of your choice. This item is a vintage hanging lamp with 5 lights and 5 glass globes. It also has a glass globe at the bottom of the lamp. The base holding the globes and the stem of the lamp is copper. The metal part under the 5 globes is some type of silver metal. The glass globes are stamped with Czechoslovakia. The stem of the lamp is copper with a crystal glass ball on top and then the hanger with chain is connected to the ball. The color of the globes is beige. Vintage Mid Century Green Electric Plug In Hanging Lamp w/ Amber Colored Glass Globes and Glass Prisms. This Lamp or Light works great and would be an asset to anyone's vintage home decor. Please look at all pictures and read item description. Here is what to expect as far as condition and is what was written above: Vtg Used Condition. Might need more cleaning. It has been cleaned lightly for pictures but might need a little more. It is missing one of its original nuts on top. We have replaced it with another one as seen in pictures. The prisms could stand to be rewired and attached to the lamp. The wire has gotten old that holds them onto the lamp and sometimes they break off due to the brittle metal wire. So rewiring the prisms is a must eventually. It isn't missing any of its prisms. You might see some minor scratches to the paint ... morebut none that is just awful or takes away from the lamp. The goldtone chain might have some fading to the plating but really looks good for its age. I don't see any rust on the chain at all. Antique Vintage Deco Brass 5 Light Hanging Lamp Chandelier w/Frosted Globes EXC
Here is a beautiful antique hanging light fixture I just removed from an old house. It was still hooked up and being used. It works fine. It has 4 smaller lights with globes, each one has it's own switch. The larger globe has one bulb inside. This fixture has the old cloth covered wires which are still soft and flexible, with no cracks or frays. There are no cracks in the globes, but one of the all white ones does have a small nick in the side. As you can see there are 2 globes that match the large center globe, and 2 with frosted glass and colored flower designs. They fit and do look good, but are not original. There is some paint spatter here and there from over the years, and there is a dark patina on the brass, it actually has a copper look to it. The only damage is to the thin cover just below the chain eye. It is just superficial ... moreand just cosmetic. This is a nice one, ready to hang as is, or clean and polish. It measures approx 21" across the top from the outside of 2 diagonal lights, and hangs approx 28" from the ceiling to the bottom of the globe. I ship once or twice a week, not everyday. Description of item for sale: This beautiful gilt bronze and frosted cut to clear glass chandelier is from France and it dates to around 1900. The heavy. High quality bronzework is nicely patinated to a very pleasant antique gilt finish. The wiring and all of the lights work, but the wiring is old and should be replaced before this chandelier is put into regular use. Also, one of the sockets in the center of the lamp needs to be converted from a French to an American socket. Other than the old wiring, this chandelier is in very good antique condition. The delicate salmon colored glasswork carries the mark of the French art glass maker P. Maynadier. This is classic Maynadier work made to the highest quality standard. The metalwork is also very nice and beautifully patinated. The glass is in very good antique condition with only minor scraches and no cracks or significant chips. Antique Art Deco Two-Lamp Slip Shade Bat Wing Hanging Ceiling Chandelier
This is a beautiful example of the true height of Art Deco. The metal fixture has a lovely deep gold patina with green and yellow highlights and has matching frosted glass shades. This chandelier measures 11" tall. 12" wide, 6" deep and includes 12" of chain and a matching ceiling canopy that is adjustable for height. Overall, it hangings 27" to 30" down from the ceiling. It has two sockets, each accepting one 60 watt candelabra based bulb. The matching pair of glass shades are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
