The shade measures about 12 inches in diameter and is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. The metal components have been sanded and repainted a glossy white. The original Leviton porcelain socket has been rewired and accepts a 150 watt bulb. This amazing light fixture hangs 16 inches from the ceiling. The mounting hardware will be included. The shade is in wonderful condition but does have a couple of nibbles on the inside top edge which do not show when displayed; more felt than seen. The new fixture is solid brass with a new porcelain socket and wiring. And features a glass accent on the stem. Eight(8) new teardrop prisms encircle the fixture and reflect the light above the shade. Also note that the socket is not seen when the light is hung because it is recessed in the brass cover. Verreries des Hanots Wonderful very rare 1930-1935 flush fitting art deco ceiling fixture in bronze with nickel finish holding a very large shade in a thick quality white moulded-pressed glass. Produced by Verreries des Hanots in the 30ies this shade does not exist with a signature. It is represented in numerous catalogues of lamp producers for instance Hettier& Vincent made several fixtures for this model. In an old Holophane(Hanots and Verlys) catalogue is is represented under#8547'Laterne Juive' the Jewish Lantern) I was not able to trace down the maker of the fixture. I found several of these mountings in cast brass or bronze and originaly they were covered by green paint. I had them nickel plated and patinated. The lamp is in excellent condition. Beautiful 1930's Aluminum& Brass Art Deco 2 Light Slip Shade Chandelier Ceiling Fixture with two(2) shades. The fixture is 16" tall and about 12"14" wide. This striking fixture is in very good condition. The wiring has been replaced. But not sure about the sockets, which are moveable, making it easier to change bulbs. There are a few small chips on the shades, mainly around mounting openings, as shown in pictures, but nothing that detracts from the beauty of the chandelier. I've taken pictures of the shades from all angles so please examine closely and ask any questions.

Vintage Chain with Brass Hook For Light or Chandelier or 1930's type glass shade
Vintage/ antique chain with hook for hanging a light shade or similar. The top/ hook is brass and unscrews. I gave it a light polish so I could see what it is made of. It will polish up a lot more. I don't know if the chain is brass or some kind of metal. I haven't attempted to clean it. The hanging hook isn't the finest moulding I've seen. Please use the photos as part of the descriptipion. Do you have a lighting fixture that works but is lacking in style? It's time to upgrade- with this beautiful and rare Art Deco slip shade chandelier! Three frosted glass shades with a classic Art Deco design slide into a bronze finished six-sided chandelier frame decorated in a stylized floral and geometric pattern. On the bottom of the chandelier hangs a large pendant. The chandelier has three light sockets with their original wiring(still in good shape) that rise up through a central stem to a great"Levolier" in-line pull switch before ending in the original copper colored ceilingcanopy. The ceiling mount assembly even has its original mounting hardware so it's ready to go! There's no manufacturer name on the chandelier(as is the case with most chandeliers) But"B 57" is stamped in three places. We know that ... morea company called Lincoln made many of these but we can't be certain about this one. We're not sure what the base metal is, but it has a bronze patina and a magnet doesn't stick to it. Aside from its compact shape that allows this chandelier to be installed in a hallway, Kitchen, covered porch, foyer, office, breakfast room, bedroom, etc. what makes it special is that it can easily be disassembled for maintenance or repair AND comes with its three original shades! Antique and vintage lighting fixtures with a missing shade or ones with big cracks or other damage are quite common on eBay. But this chandelier- which is likely 80+ years old- has its original trio of shades, which contain only the inherent imperfections that occurred in the manufacturing process. The black finish looks good and will only requite some touching-up. All this will take a few weeks after payment is received. This chandelier will be shipped wholly restored and with new wiring. One has crack on outside on top and bottom that are only on outside and have not gone thru due to glass of 1/4 inch at that point. One shade has chip on top rim and side. One has a chip on the top inside. I tried to show pictures of damage on this hard to find light. New sockets and new cloth covered braided wire were added for safety. Outstanding classic chandelier. Ceiling hanging light fixture. Bauhaus-school German design. ~1930s VINTAGE manufacture(purchased from reputable antique shop in Germany. Rewired with modern materials, ready to hang and enjoy. Illuminated fixture picture(the dark pix) shows the great globe color you can expect through the flying saucer- shaped TRANSLUCENT TWO SIDED GLASS; molded with almost white light almond interior. Outsides are swirled translucent rust& chocolate streaks, fully fused glossy to the OUTSIDE of the glass shade, an example of incredible mastery of this glass molding technique) although the picture by no means reveals the actual room light quality or quantity(used severe underexposure to highlight the globes) that this 4 bulb hanging fixture which provides room-filling lighting even loaded with low watt CF bulbs(included) ... moreas show. Soft yet powerful. Rewired with modern materials( new cord and CERAMIC sockets) but no changes visible from outside. This light is in use now. And has performed flawlessly since installed however, as with any light fixture, it is responsibility of installer to inspect for correct and safe wiring. This is an easy matter for a anyone of modest practical skills but if in doubt. Have a qualified electrician check and or install. Any electrical problems UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME. Up for auction is this Beautiful. Fully re-stored 1920's-1930's Brass Pan Chandelier, this Chandelier has 4 lights, the bulbs do not come with the Chandelier, many hours have been devoted to the polishing and restoring this old treasure, my brother is a electrican and has gone over the electrical work, included some pics, that had the original nasty patina, this was covered with 75 yrs. of varnish, cig. and cigar smoke this will come from smoke free home, i hope it goes to one. Also included some pics showing 1-2 sockets turned off, their all independant of each other or they all come on at once, this Chandelier is 100% Brass minus the 5 link chain and the steel threaded pipe that is on the inside, everything that i did paint is Brass, i went with the contrast of the Brass, felt all Brass would have been boring. 1930's Deco Cast Iron 5 Light Slip Shade Light Fixture Chandelier with 3 Shades
This dusty deco. 5 arm fixture has 3 shades with it; that's the way it came off the ceiling. The shades are in very good condition with no damage. It appears they have some light remnants of white paint that should be easy to remove. The original patinated gold cast iron fixture worked when it was taken down. The fixture. With the shades installed, is 20" in diameter. The fixture without the chain and canopy is 13"H. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

This antique chandelier is marked Riddle and has a couple of numbers impressed into the parts: 759 and 765. The metal is in excellent antique condition. It needs to be rewired. A small magnet doesnt stick to it pretty heavy too, 12 pounds. Just a neat design, it has 5 lights. 4 of the 5 brass designs are original, one was replaced with one that is similar in design but not the same. You really have to look to notice it. 1930's Brass & Pressed Glass 5 Arm Chandelier 50 French U-Drop Crystal Prisms
A lovely estate find in vintage condition. This is a brass and frosted pressed glass 5-arm chandelier. The shapely frosted pressed glass column and lower globe have classic designs etched. There is no finial on the lower globe. Each of the five brass arms hold 5 frosted etched glass globes. I don't believe these are the original globes. The globes have no chips or cracks. Wiring appears to be original so you may want to have re-wired. Current wiring does work. Minor tarnish on brass. Hanging from each arm are 10 crystal 3" u-drop prisms. They sparkle beautifully when the light is lit. The brass ceiling cap is 4 1/2" in diameter. The chandelier is 16" tall and 16" wide. The chain is 31" long. The chandelier takes 25 watt bulbs(7 total: 5. One for each arm plus 2 inside the lower globe) which are not included.
