The glass shades are frosted and a little rough at the bottom, but they look just fine sitting on the lamps. One has some stubborn rust-colored stains. Four restored. Matching, early 20th century brass interior wall sconces. Backplates are decorated with stepped rings around the perimeter. Simple tubular brass arms terminate with an keyless antique sockets. Sockets have been rewired with UL approved 18/2 wire and new cardboard insulators. Each socket utilizes antique UNO style marked 2 1/4" shade holders marked USA around the perimeter. Etched glass shades feature a clear greek key design around the perimeter. One shade does have two small chips on the bottom opening, see image 8. One of the four shades also has a purple tint to it. It is subtle, but worth mentioning. It is the shade on the far left in images 1, 5, 6, and 7. Two of the sconces to have some splits in the perimeter of the canopy. They are on the part of the fixture that is common with the wall. The little springie contact point in the bottom of the sockets(see pics) looks to haver never been pushed down, and I am talking about all 4. Of course the wireing is decayed and needs redone. There is a chip from the top metal hook, some tiny nicks from the glass, some dirty and dusty marks. This listing is for a Rare Extraordinary Antique Solid Brass 4 Light Chandelier from the Late 19th Century with Floral Frosted Shades. This beautiful Chandelier is about 30" tall. Plus 4 or 5 inches of chain and a brass cover at the ceiling, and from the top of the fixture to the bottom of the shades the height is about 35" It has three brass arms with a light at the end of each of them. Plus a light in the center of the fixture. If a circle were drawn around the outside of the shades the diameter would be about 32" As you will see from the photographs the brasswork is beautifully and intricately detailed. The exquisite frosted glass shades might remind you of a delicate iris. The fixture is in excellent vintage condition has been professionally rewired and guaranteed to work properly. Up for auction is a pre-owned Vintage all brass CHANDELIER ceiling light fixture with 4 outside lights and 1 center light with the dome center frosted and cut glass shade. The light fixture is all brass but have some of the areas painted a tan or light brown color. Light have 4 heavy cast brass ornate 4-light chandelier arm with the flat on/off knobs( knobs are marked BRYANT) Light has a 20" long chain and the domed ceiling mount cover cap. All the fixture shades are frosted with cut in detailed design( cut in design is the clear glass) and gives off a soft. Warm glow when lit. BULBS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE AUCTION! I cannot find a signature on the light. SIZE: Approximately 20 1/2" across the arms and 47" from the domed ceiling mount cover to the bottom of the shade. The 4 outside smaller shades are 5" from top to bottom ... moreoutside, top of these shades are 1 7/8" on the inside and 2 3/16" aross to the outside. The bottom of the 4 smaller shades are 3 1/2" across to the inside and 3 3/4" aross to the outside. The big center dome shade is 9 1/2" across the inside and 9 3/4" aross to the outside, and approx. 5 1/2' deep. CONDITION:I was real careful when I tried the light because of fraded and bare wires, but all the light sockets worked as shown in the pictures. The light DOES HAVE SOME CRACKS IN BRASS AROUND THE RIMS OF THE 4 OUTSIDE LIGHT, WHERE THE SHADE SCREWS ARE LOCATED, I do not think that these small crack will hurt any thing because when screwed in tight they hold the shades firmly in place. THERE IS ALSO A CRACK IN THE ADJUSTABLE TUBE, THAT ATTACH TO THE HOUSE CEILING FIXTURE(SEE PICTURES)All the shades are free of any cracks, but all have some light roughness, small flea bites around the top rims which cannot be seen when the shades are placed properly in the frame. The shades are correct period prismatic leaded Holophanes marked E7. This shadeholder style was used 1905 through the teens. The last picture shows this sconce in a 1912 Peters catalog with a different shade choice-Peters did not market Holophanes. A few of the Holophanes have flea bites on the ribs no worse than the one by my thumb in the last picture. These items are old and used but in good recondition so do not expect new. These sconces were designed to fit over a sink or vanity. This wall lamp has been washed, paint and most dings removed, and waxed. Hilda said the home has been in her family since the 30's and all light fixtures were in it since then. This light apears to be all brass( I checked it with a magnet) except for a plate on top where you can see a magnet and you don't see that plate anyway. All 4 swiches work and are marked weber. 4 NUART Art Deco Carnival Glass Shades On 4 Arm Brass Antique Chandelier Fixture
This is a wonderful antique brass and frosted glass shade 4 arm chandelier with 4 matching NUART Art Deco carnival glass shades. I believe it dates from the 1920s or 1930s. The shades have a beautiful amber color. They each have a fluted pattern on the inside of the shade. They have lightly etched grapes and leaves. Each is marked on the rim NUART. There are no chips or cracks on any of them. However. One of them has tiny thin scratches on the inside around the middle. The only way I can describe them is that someone tried to fit a lightbulb in it that was too big and it made tiny scratch marks along the inside. Unfortunately, I was unable to photograph them. The shades alone could be used for a FRANKART lamp or fixture also. The brass fixture is not marked with a maker's name. The arms have a great Art Deco pattern. It is in very good ... morecondition for its age except that it has a number of tiny 1/8 inch cracks along the rim on top. Approximately 15 of them. They look to have been there for a long time and do not look like they will break any more as the brass is securely fastened to the other piece of brass. It's a very sturdy piece. It also has a wonderful etched frosted glass center dome. The dome has some little dark marks on it and some dirt around the rim which I could not get off. But which don't show much. There is a tiny chip on the lip, approximately 1/4 inch wide. There are a few other flea bites around the rim which do not affect its structure. The shades are each approximately 5 1/2 inches tall(14 cm) Their main opening is 3 7/8 inches wide(9.8 cm) The fitter openings are 2 1/4 inches across(5.7 cm) The frosted glass dome is 12 inches wide(31 cm) It is 5 1/2 inches deep(14 cm) It's lip measures 9 7/8 inches across(25 cm) The main brass fixture is 21 inches wide(53 cm) The round part is 13 inches wide(33 cm) It measures 32 inches from the top of the ceiling attachment to the bottom of the shades(81 cm) I believe it was rewired within the last 30 years. Here is what I think are 4 very old vintage decorative parts from a wall light or lamp? The one still has some of the old wiring in it. One is missing the ring thing. I can see some gold color through the dirt? Does not look like dirt but they need cleaned. The one with the wire has some damage where looks scraped and that is where I can see the gold. I did not clean up because I did not want to ruin them. These have to be part of an old light since the one has the wiring. But I really don't know. I got a huge lot of cast I have been listing and have some still to list. Check it all out on my other sales. I have no idea what some of these are for. They are here for sale. Gorgeous HUGE 6 light Vintage Solid Brass/Crystal Prisms Chandelier 4.5 ft long
Up for your consideration a GORGEOUS vintage chandelier. It is solid brass with tons of beautiful shiny crystals. I think it is from the 60s or 70s and I still have the original price tag. It sold for $2800 back then so you know it's high quality. There are 6 lights. It measures 54" 4 1/2 ft. long and 20" across the widest part. It has a very pretty ornate ceiling plate and it can be plugged into track lighting or wired to your ceiling. It was working perfectly when we took it down so it will not need rewiring. The only thing I could find wrong is a few of the large crystals are chipped. If you look at picture 11 you might be able to see. These could be used on the top layer of crystals and you would never be able to see the chips. Being sold as is with no returns but you can bid with confidence. ANTIQUE BRASS 4 Llight Swag Plug in Ready Hanging Chandelier ( Works)
Well here is there Brass 4 bulb Swag wall plug in chandelier. The pictures really don't do it justice of the beautiful work. It is Brass it measures 1 foot long and 10 inches wide. The Plastic light covers are 4 inches tall. They are the only issue with it. Some of the tops are melted(see pic) I guess someone didn't push them down fully and the bulb was next to it. And one of them has a piece missing near the bottom(see Pic) But it works like new and would look great with 4 new light covers. The work on it is really amazing. Antique Circa 1920 Painted Brass Four (4) Light Chandelier w/ Leviton Sockets
We present to you for your bidding consideration this Antique Circa 1920 Four(4) Leviton Light Sockets with Original Bakelite Turn Switches Chandelier. Purchased some time ago from a dealer who collected antique oil lamps. 1880-1900 gas lights and early 20th century electric lights. This lamp is unmarked as to manufacture but is equipped with Four(4) Leviton Light Sockets with original Bakelite turn switches. Condition is as is as found with item needing re-wired before service as still has cloth covered wiring present. The light"pan" measures 10 1/4" in diameter x 5" tall. Also, shade holders have numerous splits of varying lengths(see photo 7) but this should not interfere with securing shades. Please e-mail with all questions or request for additional photographs.

ANTIQUE ARTS CRAFTS DECO 26" BRASS PAN CHANDELIER 4 LONG ARMS OLD GLASS SHADES
We are pleased to offer this beautiful. Antique, brass chandelier. This is a STUNNING fixture dating to around 1915. The chandelier features a deep brass bowl/pan with embossed, dimensional drapery swag pattern. The chandelier has 4, very long brass arms which hang from the bowl. The arms have a disc shaped center point feature for added interest. Each arm leads to a bell shaped socket. The sockets house old(possibly original) glass shades. The shades have a beaded glass texture and are a very pale root beer color. They are not marked but they do have Holophane characteristics. This is a fabulous fixture. The fixture was just removed from the previous owner's home. It is in good, working condition with vintage wiring. The fixture was flushed mounted to their ceiling, but, if you have very tall ceilings, you could add 4 strands of chain ... morefor a very large pan chandelier. The chandelier does not include a ceiling mount bracket but these are readily available at home improvement stores. The brass is in good condition with some very minor"age spots" and patina. There is nothing severe or distracting and this fixture is quite nice. The brass is not terribly thick and the chandelier is not heavy. The chandelier measures 26" tall. It is 18.5" in diameter at the pan. The arms are 12" apart. The glass shades are 4.5" x 4.5" They have a 2" fitter. Restored 1920's 4 Arm Embossed Brass Pan Light Fixture Chandelier / Opal Shades
This newly restored antique fixture is about 18" in diameter and hangs about 30" from the ceiling with the shades. Including 10" of chain. The antique decorated opal glass shades are in excellent condition. The fixture is solid brass with the exception of the chain and finial and they are original to the fixture.
